Hello loves,

I'm Christina Rae and I'm a breathwork and life coach.

Today I'm excited to share a guided meditation where we let go of fear and connect to freedom.

Sit or lay down and close your eyes.

Take a deep breath in and hold,

Feeling full,

Alive.

As you exhale,

Letting go any tension in the body.

Inhale again and hold,

Feeling alive,

Connected now.

Exhale one more time,

Inhale and hold.

And as you exhale,

I want you to release any thoughts,

Concerns,

Worries from today that you brought into this practice.

Exhale.

I want you to imagine now you're in a big,

Beautiful meadow surrounded by your favorite plants,

Delicious smells,

Air brushing through your hair,

Walking through the grass.

You notice that you're barefoot,

Cold soil against your toes,

Birds chirping nearby,

Sky so blue.

Breathe into that.

As you're walking,

You feel something on your back.

You notice something's there and you notice you have wings.

You start to touch them,

Have wings on your back.

What does it feel like to have wings?

What do they look like?

What color are they?

As you touch your hand against the wings,

Feel the texture,

The weight of the wings.

As you take another step,

You think about flying.

Should I try these wings out?

But wait,

I've never flown before.

Fear overcomes your body.

You start to feel very heavy,

These wings.

You feel stuck.

You can't walk.

Scared.

But suddenly,

You feel something else.

Your heart.

Your heart begins to burn with an urge to fly,

An urge to be free,

To let go.

As the wind brushes your ear,

You hear a whisper.

Be afraid.

And without you even realizing what's going on,

Your feet begin to run,

Controlled by your heart,

Your burning desire to fly,

To be free,

To let go.

You're running as if without your command.

It's instinctual.

It's primal.

Goosebumps on your arms,

Your body.

You've never felt this before.

And suddenly,

The wings expand,

Flap,

And boom,

You're flying.

You are in the air.

You've taken flight.

You're free,

Weightless.

What does it feel like to fly?

What does it feel like to be free?

Wind blows through your wings,

Wind blows through your hair.

Closer to the clouds now,

Closer to the sun.

You can feel the sun on your skin.

You can feel even the texture of the clouds.

You're flying.

When is the last time that you felt this weightless in your life?

When is the last time that you felt so free?

This is what it feels like.

As you're flying through the air,

You realize you forgot with wings,

But you forgot born with these beautiful wings.

You forgot how to use them.

You even forgot that you had them,

But you're back.

Wings expanded,

Flying through the air,

And you are making this promise to never forget again,

To never forget.

What it feels like to let go of that fear and to connect to freedom,

To connect your heart and to let it guide you.

Connect to that now and breathe into it.

Never forget that.
