Dear one,
I wanted to write to you,
To tell you that I love you in the way that you are my fellow traveller on this journey of life.
I feel that right now you are in so much pain.
Please know I am holding space for you as I'm reading my letter out to you.
I love you because you are unique and beautiful and no one else is quite like you.
I love you because you are a seeker.
You want to move forward,
You want to take the next step in your life but just right now that step is unclear to you.
I love you because you are still here despite situations,
Circumstances,
Painful decisions that you or others may have made for you or about you.
But you are still here,
You are still trying,
You are still wanting to keep moving forward and I love you so much for this dear one.
Right now in your pain,
You're possibly feeling exhausted,
Finding it hard to know what to do next.
Sometimes we need to find the energy to move forward,
Other times we need to allow ourselves permission to rest.
Only you know if you need to push through this time or if it's a rest time.
Either way dear one,
Please know I'm holding space for you in this moment.
You only need to think about what the very next step is for you to take,
Not the steps for later today,
Tomorrow or next week.
Just the small step in front of you that you need to take now to take care of you.
Dear one,
For you to take the small steps you're needing in this time,
You may need to be clear on your personal boundaries.
For you to say yes to you and your needs and no to others.
You have permission to say yes to you and what you need and permission to say no to others.
But again,
You will know what is right for you in each step dear one.
Putting in boundaries may feel foreign and hard and uncomfortable but dear one,
You need to take care of you.
You are worthy of care,
You really are.
You will get through this time dear one.
It might not feel like it right now,
But one breath at a time,
One minute at a time,
One hour at a time,
One day at a time,
You will get through this.
I love you.
You know the steps you need to take to get you through this time.
You have the wisdom to see this.
Please give yourself the permission to act upon your inner wisdom.
For now,
I'd like for you to join me in a brief meditation together.
