Magnetic energy of abundance and not just money and finances,
Even though that is welcome here.

Happiness,
Health,
Clarity,
Freedom.
This practice I am holding you in a space of joy,
A space of receiving and remembering your infinite worth.
Take a deep breath in and let it out with a smile.
Today we say yes to the flow.
Before we begin this incredible,
Abundant experience,
I invite you in to call in a word or a feeling that you want to activate the most right now and let that word dance in your heart and let's begin this beautiful journey together.
Our breath is always our anchor and the starting point for our practice.
Breathing in,
Fill your whole body with light.
Breathing out,
Release any tension or noise.
Breathing in,
Inhale golden,
Sparkling energy and exhale into softness.
Bring your gentle awareness down to your feet.
Visualize roots of light growing down from your feet and into the earth.
And the earth says back to you,
Gaia,
Pachamama,
She says you are safe and you are supported and you are held.
And let the golden energy of the earth rise up through your body,
Into your heart,
Into your smile and you are grounded in joy and light and abundance.
In preparation for the abundant flow of blessings and energy,
We lovingly release what no longer serves us or maybe blocking the abundance flowing to us.
We are cutting cords with old stories,
Limiting beliefs and emotions that no longer feel like love or joy to you.
Those energies or thoughts may be you saying to yourself,
I am not enough or I'm not worthy or I have to struggle to get by or there's never quite enough of me for everything that needs to be done.
It may be words that have been said to you,
An energy that's been projected on you by friends or family or situations that you've spent time in.
So now imagine,
Picture a beautiful bunch of shimmering balloons in front of you,
Soft,
Light,
Glowing within this golden energy.
And into each of these balloons,
I invite you to gently place the old stories,
The limiting beliefs,
The emotions or words that you no longer wish to carry.
Let them float into the balloons without any judgment.
Keeping hold of the bunch of balloons,
Lifting your arm up towards the sky and gently open your hand and watch them rise lighter,
Higher,
And eventually dissolving into stardust.
Now bring your awareness back to any remaining cords of energy that may still be connecting you to fear or judgments or false expectations of you or people who no longer align with your abundant path.
Trust what your soul shows you now.
Visualize any remaining cords breathing deeply and as you exhale,
Visualize angelic golden scissors snipping each cord one by one with love and with compassion.
And as the cords dissolve,
Say softly in your heart,
I lovingly release all cords,
All stories and energies that no longer serve my highest abundance.
I am free.
I am clear.

I am radiant.
Feel the space you've just made within you and around you.
You are clear,
You are radiant and you are ready to receive.
Bring both hands to your heart and take a joyful breath.
Imagine that golden,
Radiant,
Sun-like energy glowing in your chest,
Vibrant and alive.
And with every breath this sun energy expands,
Filling your chest,
Your body,
Your energy field.
This is your natural radiance.
This is the part of you that says,
I am ready.
I am worthy.
I am open.
Now you're ready to take a journey.
See yourself walking through a magical garden of abundance.
The flowers are blooming,
The fruit trees overflowing,
The birds are singing,
Everything is sparkling with possibility.
And you arrive at a crystal clear fountain.
In its water,
The reflection you see is you in your most joyful life.
A version of you shining,
Thriving,
Glowing,
Happy,
Healthy,
Peaceful.
See this reflection as you receiving love,
Receiving creativity,
Support,
Financial flow,
Abundance in all measures.
And for these next few moments,
See it,
Feel it,
Celebrate it as you are aligning with the energy of abundance.
Now it's time to activate this frequency even deeper.
Let each one of these activation affirmations land on your body like rays of sunlight.
You can share these words with yourself internally or open your mouth and say them out loud.
Abundance flows to me with joy and ease.
I trust in the divine timing and the flow.
Everything I need is already on its way.
I am open to receive miracles.
The universe delights me in blessing me.
