Allowing for you to be rooted in your sense of self. It also is the energy of releasing, of letting go, eliminating toxins, sweat, bowels. Releasing attachments, unwinding patterns, letting go of old stories. Balancing downward, outward moving energy. Providing grounding, restoration, security and fostering release of what is no longer serving. What do you no longer need? How can you release what you no longer need? Where do you need more structure and/or support? How can you cultivate more structure and/or support where it is needed?
