In this track, we go through your body, in a chain reaction from head to toe, relaxing each part. This is tied in with a metaphorical stream of liquid easing and releasing deeper and deeper. After about 14 minutes my guiding voice gives way to the dreamy soundscape, signaling that it is ok to let any focus go and surrender to the journey of sleep. The music gently fades away, about 24 minutes in, without any ending bell.

Feel free to begin this relaxation by letting go of everything that's holding you back.

Let go of any line or side,

Whichever position is more conducive for you to sleep really well.

Picture yourself lying in a warm and gently trickling stream of water,

Where you are able to breathe effortlessly and relax deeply and completely,

Letting go entirely and surrendering to the flow.

Notice a point,

Feel a point at the crown of your head,

Where the soothing,

Cleansing,

Healing water seeps in,

Feel that water trickling and flowing through your head,

Releasing and relaxing your scalp,

Your beautiful brain,

Your forehead,

Your temples,

The back and sides of your scalp,

Softening,

Softening your heavy eyelids,

Your cheeks,

Your ears,

Your nose,

Lips,

Jaw and mouth,

Loose,

Comfortable and weightless,

This luscious flow finding its way through the deepest parts of your neck,

Parts you've never felt relaxing before,

Relaxing now,

All the way through,

Profoundly into your shoulders,

Feel that warm stream penetrating every muscle,

Tendon and ligament throughout those shoulders,

Massaging from the inside out,

It's as if each part of your body activates the next,

Into relaxation in a chain reaction,

A kiss from the shoulders to the upper arms and the chest,

Grant a mission for the loosening and softening to open up the space within,

To beat in your lungs to breathe freely,

That softening,

Loosening space,

Descending down both arms and elbows,

As it does through your diaphragm and into your tummy,

Working its way into every corner,

Every part of the whole,

Full of luscious,

Weightless relaxation,

Healing and soothing,

As it goes,

Lower arms and pelvis down,

So soft,

So free,

So light,

This feeling is contagious,

As it flows through your hips,

Into your legs,

Through your wrists,

Into your hands,

Each finger and thumb,

And out of the ends,

Renewed by that continual flow,

Now absorbing through your legs,

The wonderful connections of your knees,

Muscles,

Tendons,

Softening and surrendering,

As it goes,

Right through,

Down,

Deeply,

Dropping,

Into your ankles,

Feet and toes,

Massaging,

And soothing,

On the way,

Feel those openings on the soles of your feet,

Ends of your toes,

And ends of your fingers,

Releasing,

That healing,

Soothing,

Relaxing water,

Warmly,

And coolly,

Trickling through,

Through your entire body,

As if you yourself,

Were part of that stream,

In a moment,

You will hear a gentle click,

And I'll say the word,

Release,

At which point,

You may or may not,

Necessarily,

Notice yourself,

In a beautifully dreamlike state,
