A moment to hold space for ourselves in self-compassion, self-love and self-acceptance. As we lean into our own compassion, love and acceptance; this allows us to then be able to hold others and life in compassion, love and acceptance. It all begins within ourselves!

Welcome to our Holding Space Intuitive Meditation.

I invite you now to come on this journey with me.

So begin by closing down your eyes.

As we begin to feel into the stillness and silence.

Letting go of the external world around us.

Just take a moment here in this space to give yourself permission.

Permission to be here fully.

Begin to breathe into this permission.

With each breath deepening this commitment to yourself.

As you begin to let go.

Letting go of the monkey mind and any thoughts.

We'll begin to ride this beautiful wave of our breath into our heart space.

Our hearts are filled with a beautiful sense of unconditional love.

Complete acceptance.

And a deep compassion.

Begin to feel into these beautiful energies of love,

Compassion and acceptance.

Just lay down any stories for the moment.

And be curious about what these feelings could feel like.

You have given yourself permission to be here.

So be here fully in this space.

In this space of your heart.

Allowing yourself to be fully present to your love,

Your compassion and your acceptance.

And imagine these feelings are a beautiful light within your heart space.

What do you notice about your light here in your heart space?

That these feelings are igniting.

What colour is it?

Does it have a texture?

Does it have a smell?

What does it look like?

Your light,

Your heart light.

This beautiful light is fueled by your love,

Your compassion and your acceptance.

You begin to notice that maybe your heart light will begin to grow.

It grows larger than your heart space now.

Like a beautiful warm glow.

This beautiful warm glow begins to fill your entire physical body.

Feeling this beautiful warm glow reach every area,

Every cell within your body.

Your beautiful heart light wants to grow even more.

It begins to fill you in a beautiful bubble of your own love,

Your own compassion and your own self-acceptance.

So imagine yourself now inside your beautiful bubble,

Your bubble of your heart light.

Just take a moment here to feel whatever you need to feel in this space.

Allowing this beautiful heart light to support you and hold you in this space.

Give you a moment here to experience this and explore it for yourself as you are held in this moment.

Here in this beautiful space of your own bubble,

Of your own love,

Your own compassion and your own self-acceptance.

You may wish to do something here in this space to complete this time here.

I'll give you a moment here to do whatever you need to do.

You begin to notice now that your beautiful heart light bubble will begin to easily flow back.

Going smaller in size until it lands within your heart space.

When it lands here in your heart space,

What do you notice now about your heart light as it changed in any way?

From this experience of holding yourself in your own love,

Your own compassion and in your own self-acceptance.

You'll begin to ride that beautiful wave of our breath back into this present moment of now.

So deepening into your breath to connect you into this moment.

Grounding yourself here.

I invite you now to maybe take a moment,

Maybe placing your hands in prayer position over your heart,

Bowing your head down.

And as we take a moment of gratitude for this time here to hold ourselves with love,

Compassion and acceptance.

We say thank you.

And when you're ready,

Only when you're ready,

I invite you to blink open your eyes.

Welcome back around the room,

Ground yourself here in this moment,

Connect back into the room.

Have a glass of water.

Take a moment to think about your pen and your notepad and just make a few notes of what came up for you,

What was the experience like.

For you,

That beautiful dance of your own love,

The dance of your own compassion and the dance of your own self-acceptance.
