I invite you to open yourself up to your own self-love with this beautiful yogic mantra of Aham Prema - I am Divine Love, I am Love. When we are devoting time to our own love, we can then lead our life from a space of self-acceptance and self-compassion.

Welcome to this meditation.

Thank you for joining me.

Let's begin by just closing down our eyes.

Begin to feel into this stillness and silence that is always here amongst the chaos of life.

These next few moments are for you,

For your heart,

Your soul.

So give yourself permission to be here,

Exactly where you are at with no judgment or no expectations.

Begin to deepen into your breath.

And with each breath deepening in that little bit more,

Allowing your breath to guide you into the world within.

It is the bridge between the external world and your internal world.

So walk this bridge with each deep breath going deeper and deeper.

And bring this breath into your heart space as you begin to breathe in and out of this space more fully and more consciously.

And here we begin to feel the vibrational change within our body,

Within our heart.

The feelings of love and gratitude allow our vibration to lift us higher.

And here in this space you may like to place your hand over your heart or leave them in your lap,

Whatever you are comfortable with.

But today we are going to amplify this feeling within our heart by using the mantra,

Aham prema,

Aham prema.

This means divine love,

I am divine love,

Aham prema.

You can say this out loud or silently to yourself in whichever rhythm is comfortable to you,

But just continue to repeat this mantra,

Aham prema.

Don't worry if you don't pronounce it a hundred percent correctly.

It is the energy and the vibration of this sound and this mantra that I am divine love that we will be connecting into in this space together now.

Aham prema,

Aham prema.

I will go silent for you to focus on this mantra for yourself and for your heart,

Aham prema.

Aham prema,

Aham prema.

Aham prema,

Aham prema.

Aham prema,

Aham prema.

Aham prema,

Aham prema.

Aham prema,

Aham prema.

Aham prema,

Aham prema.

Aham prema,

Aham prema.

Aham prema,

Aham prema.

Aham prema,

Aham prema.

Aham prema,

Aham prema.

If you're drawn to continue on with this mantra just pause this recording now.

Otherwise just begin to let that mantra go now and just spend a moment here in the stillness feeling that mantra and the energy move through your body.

And ask yourself in this space how can I see and feel and commit to my own divine love today.

Begin a deep breath here to ground yourself back in this room in this moment.

Your vibration will still be raised and that will continue to vibrate through you but just bring yourself back into this moment.

You may like to bring some gentle movement back into your body.

And when you're ready,

Thinking open your eyes.

Aham prema,

I am divine love.

How can you see,

How can you feel and how can you commit to this space today without stories or without judgments?

Thank you for listening.

It has been my pleasure and privilege to be here with you today with love.

Wow! I simply typed in the search bar β€œI am love” and clicked this because I’m drawn to daisies. Little did I know it’d be just the meditation I needed this morning and so much more. I did it while in the bath and wowza I am feeling on top of the world. Filled with love and gratitude. Thank you!
