Welcome to the meditation.

Today we will spend some time in the silence of life.

I will guide you through this process.

So be here with your whole focus as you just let go of the external 3d world around you for just a few moments.

This is a powerful practice as this silence is something that we need to inhibit and create in our everyday lives to be still in the silence.

So join me now.

Let's begin by closing down our eyes.

And as you find yourself in a comfortable seat with your eyes closed it is important to be comfortable here.

So you can let go of the body and be truly present in your heart.

We let go of the external 3d world with our eyes closed.

It begins to settle our body Embrace this settling within your body.

There may be thoughts still moving through your mind.

Just simply begin to let them go.

They are not needed here for the next few moments.

Begin to focus on your breath.

And the breath gives us permission to go inwards.

And we'll simply count our breath as we breathe in for the five counts.

Hold at the top for two counts and breathe out for seven counts.

Continue this breath and allow it to ground you even more into the moment of now in the silence and stillness.

I too will go silent to give you the opportunity to count your breath here.

You may like to continue the counting or just let your breath return to a natural rhythm.

And here we begin to allow the silence to sweep over and through our bodies.

Your breath has given you permission to be here.

If you find your mind wander,

Just simply come back to your breath.

Remember your breath gives you permission to be here.

So use your breath now in whatever way you need.

No judgment.

Be completely focused here in this space.

This is not a relaxation,

It is a discipline of being present to the silence.

You may wish to continue on your silence now and if you do simply just press pause and be present to your silence and stillness.

If you are ready to move out of your silence,

Just begin to focus on your breath more fully as you breathe in through your nose and just letting it go out of your mouth with a sigh.

Do one more deep breath in as you breathe in through your nose and breathing it out with the sigh through your mouth.

And just bring your hands together in front of you.

Rub them together to create some heat in your arm in your hands.

And place these hands both over your heart space and feel this warmth here.

The warmth that you have given to your heart now symbolizes this silence and stillness as a gift to your heart.

And when you're ready,

Just blinking open your eyes.

Thank you for listening.

Goodbye with much love.

Goodbye.
