Welcome to this meditation.

The intention of this meditation is to bring ourselves back into the alignment of love and acceptance for all.

So please I invite you to join me now.

And I invite you to close down your eyes.

And with your eyes closed,

You begin to let go of the external world around you.

And begin to focus within where all your wisdom lies.

Begin to let go of any thoughts or any expectations.

As you begin to focus onto your breath.

And here,

We will breathe in for the count of five,

Holding at the top for the count of two,

And releasing for the count of seven.

So we breathe in to the count of five,

Holding at the top for the count of two,

And releasing to the count of seven.

I'll give you a moment to count your breath.

And with each breath,

Allowing yourself to go that little bit deeper.

And deeper again.

Just finishing the round of breath that you are on.

As you let your breath return to a more natural rhythm.

We bring our attention now onto our heart space.

You may wish to place your hand over the center of your chest.

To signal to our bodies and our minds that we want to come from this space.

That is filled with love,

Gratitude,

And acceptance.

Please begin to lay down your stories and your justifications.

And give your whole focus here into your heart.

And begin to focus on something in your life that you are grateful for right now in this moment.

It may be something small or something big.

Just give your whole focus and allow the feeling of gratitude to rise within your heart.

Bliss.

And as you allow this energy to begin to arise and rise up.

Together,

We will say the Honopuano of I am sorry.

Please forgive me.

Thank you.

I love you.

I am sorry.

Repeat these words out loud with me now.

Please forgive me.

Thank you.

I love you.

And as we repeat these words feeling the energy not only within your own heart.

But within everybody's heart who listens to this meditation.

As we come together as one in this moment through the layers of time and space.

As one.

I am sorry.

I love you.

And with each word feeling this energy in your heart rise and rise as it is in everybody else's heart.

Seeing this light grow stronger and brighter.

I am sorry.

And seeing this beautiful light shining from your heart.

I am sorry.

Please forgive me.

Thank you.

I love you.

And here in the openness of your heart and in the pureness of your own unique heart light.

Your inner wisdom will drop down through a word or maybe an image of how you can honour your heart light right now in this moment.

To use this wisdom,

This insight and commit to moving forward in this space.

Continuing to lay down your fears,

Judgments or expectations.

And stepping into the space of thy will be done.

In love,

Acceptance and gratitude.

I invite you now to deepen into your breath.

And allow your breath to centre you back here in this moment of now.

Connected into this moment wherever you are exactly as you are.

And just bringing some gentle movement back into your body.

And when you're ready,

Only when you're ready,

Blinking open your eyes.

Honour the message that came through for you.
