Let's begin by closing down our eyes.

Begin to find the stillness here in this space.

Begin to focus on your breath as it moves effortlessly through your body.

Let go of any thoughts as you bring your soul focus on to your breath.

In the stillness within.

Begin to deepen your breath now.

As you allow your breath to fill your belly up and then releasing your breath.

Continue this a few times in your own rhythm.

Everything is perfect exactly as it is right now.

In the stillness within.

Now either place your hand upon your heart or simply bring your breath into this space in your chest.

This is becoming familiar.

Like you are coming home.

In a space where your own open arms are waiting to embrace you.

Lean into this space of nurture and love for yourself.

Be present here in your heart space.

And I will give you a moment here within yourself.

To be present here and what that looks like.

And feels like for you.

Lay down any judgments.

Everything is perfect.

And with the wisdom and strength from this heart space.

What is it that you need to do in this moment in reality of 3D?

To lean into your heart space.

What does it look like?

What is your action here in this moment?

Allow this to come to you.

No judgment.

Just trust.

And now that you have this information and this action point.

Make a commitment to yourself now.

That you will see this come to fruition.

It may be something simple.

Like a change of thought.

It may even be something larger.

Just commit to this one thing now.

As you lean into your heart space and commit from here.

Committing to the truth of who you are.

In your completeness,

Perfection and wholeness.

To bring your attention back to your breath now.

Allow it to centre you here in the now.

In the room in which you sit.

Bring some gentle movement back to your body.

When you're ready,

Opening your eyes.

Welcome back.

Spend some time now in this moment of this heart centred space.

And write down what your action point is now.

Remember it could be something small.

Like a change in perception or a change in thought.

Or maybe even something more substantial or larger.

Just commit to this space.

Enjoy this process,

Laying down your judgements.

And just be here.
