Find yourself a comfortable place where you will not be disturbed and gently close your eyes.
Take in a slow,
Deep breath and as you release,
Let your body completely relax.
Take another slow,
Deep breath and breathe out any burdens or fears.
Take another deep,
Deep breath and as you breathe out,
Release all your thoughts,
Leaving your mind free and clear.
Notice where your body feels most relaxed and let that feeling of relaxation grow and spread with each breath.
Breathing further and further throughout your whole body.
For the next few moments,
You can choose to focus on counting and become more and more relaxed as each number passes through your mind.
Take your attention on the number one.
As you count from one to five,
You will become more deeply relaxed.
As you relax,
You can allow your mind to drift into a pleasant,
Refreshing sleep.
Count slowly with me.
One,
Focusing on the number one.
Two,
You feel more and more relaxed.
Your arms and legs are very heavy,
Pleasantly heavy and relaxed.
Three,
Feel the tension leaving your body as you drift deeper and deeper into a calm and peaceful state.
Picture in your mind number four,
So relaxed and calm,
Tingly feelings of relaxation in your arms and legs,
Very heavy.
Concentrating on number five,
You feel yourself releasing any leftover tension and relaxing deeply into the surface below.
You are now fully relaxed and have feelings of deep peace and calm throughout your mind and body.
Now I'd like you to picture the most crystal clear,
Pure white light you can imagine and see this light gently swirling and flowing all around you until it begins to form itself into a clear,
Beautiful bubble.
This bubble of light will provide you with comfort,
Safety and perfect protection upon your journey so that only that which is for your highest good may take place.
As you step into this bubble,
You start to be suspended in midair within the protection of this bubble and you feel yourself becoming lighter and lighter,
So light that you begin to float up above your chair or floor,
Through the ceiling and into the sky above.
Feel yourself float and drift freely as your bubble safely carries you above lush forests and rolling hills.
Allow your gaze to focus upon a beautiful green meadow far below and notice how it seems to sparkle like an emerald beaconing you towards it.
Feel yourself begin to float down in this safe bubble and approach this meadow,
Coming closer and closer.
As you lightly touch down,
Look around at the grass and wildflowers,
The old shade trees and the creek winding its way into a nearby forest.
Everything about this setting seems perfect,
Almost magical,
As if it had been created just for you.
As you step out of the bubble,
Start to take a walk over to the edge of the forest and you will find a path leading into the forest.
You step upon this path and sense the cool,
Peaceful feeling in the air.
And as you walk along this path,
You look up above you at the canopy of trees,
See their leaves form beautiful patterns against the sky.
Glitters of sunlight shine through to the forest floor and illuminate a carpet of rich moss studded with all manner of wildflowers.
As you walk along,
Look down and you will notice that your path is composed of pebbles that are a brilliant colour red.
The colour red is hot,
Igniting,
Stimulating,
Full of vitality and life force energy,
Passion and action.
With each step,
The vitality of the colour red flows up into your feet and throughout your entire body,
Leaving you strong and full of life's energy than ever before.
As you walk deeper into the forest,
The pebbles start to turn into orange.
Orange is the colour of delight,
Bliss,
Warmth,
Creativity,
Pleasure and generosity.
An orange glow now surrounds your body,
Charging you with the ability to remain healthy and vibrant,
Creating happiness wherever you go.
As you continue upon this path,
The pebbles start to turn into a brilliant golden yellow,
Which is the colour of mental activity,
Learning,
Intellect,
Alertness,
Concentration,
Focus,
Cheerfulness,
Sun and warmth.
Feel your mind begin to clear,
Which enables you to see things in a different way than before.
Walking further into the centre of the forest,
The pebbles start to turn into a deep emerald green and all around you the plants and trees richly display this colour of healing and balance.
Healing is all about cooling and calming,
Soothing,
New beginnings,
Nature,
Health,
Healing,
Feelings and harmony.
Take a moment to bask in the presence of this emerald green colour and allow it to awaken in you the ability to heal yourself on all levels.
As you walk along further still,
The pebbles upon this path start to turn blue.
Blue is a calming,
Nurturing and deep colour,
Which is restful,
Cooling,
Relaxing,
Assists in making deep changes and is the colour of insight and wisdom.
As your gaze falls upon this colour,
Feel its cool serenity,
Soothe your emotions and lift your mind into the highest spheres possible.
As you near the end of this forest path,
The pebbles become a deep rich purple,
The colour of transformation.
Imagine yourself being surrounded and filled with the colour purple,
Awakening within you the ability to transform your body,
Mind and emotions into whatever way you would like.
You step out into a clearing now at the end of the forest and you find yourself once again flooded by the clear,
Crystal pure white light.
And as the light lifts,
You can see that you are standing at the base of a group of enormous mountains.
Looking up at these mountains,
You see that their majestic peaks extend so high that they disappear into the sky.
Traces of brilliant colour swirl and weave before you in the air and reach up towards the mountain peaks,
As if to form an aerial latticework for you to climb.
Bring your bubble of light back into your awareness and it will lift you once again into the air.
This time it carries you upon the latticework of colour like a magical conveyor belt.
Higher and higher you go,
Leaving the world below far away.
As the mountain peaks come into view,
You can see that they are covered with powdery white snow,
Glistening in the sun.
Lower down the mountainside the snow is melting and running into streams of sparkling clear water.
One of these streams has caught your attention and as your bubble brings you closer,
You find that it is deeper and wider than the rest and at the end of it,
It turns into a beautiful waterfall.
As you gently touch down by the side of the waterfall,
You are greeted by the sound of its rushing water,
A sound that you hear not only with your ears but with all of your body as it resonates deeply within you.
This waterfall has a very special presence,
A life of its own.
You can feel the energy coming off it and all around it.
It is nourished by the snow of the highest mountain peaks and charged by the sun's powerful rays.
It is apparent that here is a vessel of purest healing energy waiting to be shared with you.
You discover that you have bathers on underneath your clothes,
So you take off your clothes and step into the shallow end of the pool which is formed at the bottom of this waterfall.
This pool is the perfect temperature for you and as your feet relax,
You can feel them begin to receive the comforting healing essence of the water penetrating your muscles and bones.
Slowly walk forward into the pool as this healing water caresses your ankles,
Your calves and your knees as they too absorb this gentle energy and completely relax.
As you run your hands across the surface of the water,
You find yourself more and more comfortable and at home in this pool and you have the feeling that you are completely safe and totally free to be yourself.
Let your body know that this is an opportunity to let go of any tension,
Release any imbalance and be completely cleansed,
Purified and renewed by the beautiful crystal clear water.
Allow yourself to totally experience all the healing energy this pool has to offer as you dip below its surface and gently float up again.
Feel the essence of the water permeating every part of you until your entire being becomes one with it.
Take time now to experience yourself in this way and if there is any part of you that you feel needs particular attention,
See the water's loving essence flowing there now,
Touching every cell and leaving it filled with pure vital energy.
As you slowly swim over to the edge of the pool and gently lift yourself out of the water,
You will see that even they seem to be fresh,
Clean,
Dry and new.
Once again,
After you've got your clothes on,
Feel the bubble of light surrounding you.
Know that this place is one that exists inside of you and that you can return to whenever you would like.
Let your bubble lift you up into the air,
Above the waterfall,
Over the forest,
The meadow and through the sky until you find your way back to the place where your journey began.
You may want to continue to settle in for a deep relaxing and peaceful sleep or you may want to settle back into your body and begin to be aware of your surroundings,
Where you are sitting or lying.
Prepare to return to full waking consciousness.

You can gently open your eyes or continue to keep them closed and continue with your meditation.
