Welcome to your practice.

Today,

We are going to move through a meditation that will move you into alignment with whatever you are calling into your life.

Let's begin by closing down the eyes,

Relaxing your face,

Your jaw,

And allow every muscle in the body to begin to soften,

To begin to release any tension that you've brought with you into this practice.

Tuning into the sturdiness of your seat,

Lengthening the tail,

Allowing for space in between each vertebra,

As the crown reaches towards the sky.

And allow yourself to fully arrive,

To loosen your grasp on this present moment,

And arrive more squarely into right now,

The only moment we really ever have,

And from which we create.

Now start to bring your attention to your breath,

Noticing how your inhale feels as it expands in your body,

Filling the belly,

The chest,

Allowing the collarbones to lift,

And noticing how your exhale feels as you release,

Emptying your belly,

Your chest,

And your collarbones return to their original place.

With every breath,

Begin to notice more and more of the sensations that are taking place in your body,

Every tissue,

Every cell as it is nourished by the oxygen you are breathing in,

In this moment.

With each exhale,

Surrendering a little more,

Feeling as you loosen your grip more and more on anything that has happened before this moment,

And relinquish any anticipation of the future.

Noticing as each moment unfolds right in front of you.

You're not meant to be anywhere else.

In this moment,

You are safe.

You are sturdy.

You are complete.

As you free fall in this moment,

Realize that there are an infinite number of realities that can take shape as a direct result of your thoughts,

Your emotions,

Your observation.

By sitting in stillness and choosing to cultivate an elevated emotion of gratitude,

Joy,

Peace,

Or acceptance,

You are calling that manifestation to you in the universe.

In this moment,

Begin to visualize what you desire coming to fruition.

Visualize every detail about this event,

What you're wearing,

Who you're with,

What's around you.

Now,

Allow your body to feel the emotion as if this is your current reality.

Let yourself marinate in the emotions of this reality coming to fruition.

Become curious about the sensations in your body of this emotion.

Is it tingling in your heart center?

Is it overwhelming self-love that is flowing through your body?

Is it butterflies in your stomach as you embrace a new love?

Allow these elevated emotions to flow throughout your body,

To circulate as if your body is already experiencing this reality.

In this moment,

You are conditioning your body to a future reality.

As you pair this elevated emotion with the intention and clarity of the visualization of your future,

This acts as a needle penetrating the quantum,

Collapsing time and space,

And magnetizing this manifestation to you.

Allow yourself to exist in this realm of infinite possibility,

To hold space for wonder,

To hold space for miracles,

To believe with every cell of your being that this future,

This desire,

Is not only possible,

But already exists right now for you.

Gently begin to bring your attention back to the inhale,

To the exhale,

Back to the body,

Back to the space you're currently in.

And as we close this practice,

Allow yourself to simply marinate in the truth of your power as a creator with the universe.
