As you settle into bed tonight,

This meditation will help you release the weight of the day,

Slip into deep restorative sleep,

And gently reprogram your subconscious mind toward alignment with your highest timeline.

You don't need to do anything except rest.

Let the words wash over you.

Let your body soften.

Allow your mind to quiet.

Everything else will take care of itself.

Draw a slow,

Deep breath in through the nose and sigh it out through the mouth.

Again,

Breathing in ease and letting go of any tension as you exhale.

Now,

Bring your attention to the crown of your head.

Imagine a wave of relaxation slowly moving downward.

Across your forehead,

Smoothing any lines.

Now,

Through your eyes,

Softening the space behind the eyes.

Into your jaw,

Unclenching,

Releasing.

Feel the wave moving through your neck and shoulders,

Melting away whatever you've been carrying.

Down your arms and hands,

Where you can finally let go.

Into your chest and belly,

Releasing the day's emotions.

Through your hips,

Thighs,

Knees,

Calves,

And all the way into your feet.

Your whole body is now heavy,

Grounded,

Safe.

Now,

We'll gently begin to deepen the breath.

Inhale for the count of 5,

3,

4,

5.

Exhale slowly to the count of 7,

3,

4,

5,

6,

7.

Inhale.

Inhale.

Inhale through both nostrils.

Feel the belly,

The heart,

The crown.

Hold at the top briefly.

Open the mouth,

Let it all out.

Feeling as you sink deeper into the bed,

Deeper into yourself.

Drifting towards that liminal space between waking and sleeping.

The doorway into the subconscious mind.

Now,

Let these words become seeds in your subconscious.

Your body knows how to restore itself.

Your mind knows how to release.

Every breath takes you deeper into healing and deep rejuvenation.

You trust the intelligence of your body and soul.
