Hello and welcome to your practice.

This is a short heart coherence meditation to connect you with your highest timeline.

To begin,

Find a comfortable seat,

Cross-legged,

Kneeling,

Or lying down if that feels the most nourishing for you at this moment.

Close your eyes if it feels safe,

And let your hands rest naturally,

Gravity pooling in the palms,

Open,

Receiving,

And start by simply allowing your body to settle.

To arrive in this moment,

To tune into the earth beneath you,

Supporting all of your weight,

Noticing the sensation of each part of the body that is resting on top of the earth,

Noticing the sensation of being enveloped in this moment,

The air on your skin,

The rhythm of your heartbeat.

Now shift your attention to the breath and simply notice,

Notice the gentle rise with every inhale and fall with every exhale.

Imagine each inhale opening and each exhale as a softening.

Draw a deep breath in through the nose,

Into the belly,

And sigh it out through your mouth.

Two more times,

Inhale deeply,

Exhale fully,

And one more time,

Inhale,

Exhale,

Releasing any lingering tension and allowing yourself to arrive wholly in this moment.

Watching as everything before this moment dissolves and anything beyond this moment evaporates,

Steadying self in this moment,

This breath right now.

Now,

Begin to shift your attention to your inner world,

The dynamic landscapes within you.

Notice the tone of your inner world today,

Calm,

Busy,

Tender,

Contracted.

Maybe there's a color that's coming through or some other sort of representation coming through in this moment.

Simply notice,

Allow yourself to orient around this energy with a profound sense of curiosity,

Of acceptance.

Now settle your attention at the heart space,

The center of your chest.

Begin to sense the space surrounding the heart,

The field surrounding your heart.

Begin to tune into its power,

Its presence,

Its pulse.

Watching with every cycle of breath as this field expands farther and farther out into space,

Infinite in all directions.

Now bring to mind a feeling that naturally opens the heart.

It could be gratitude for someone you love,

Compassion for yourself,

A joyful memory,

Or simply the pleasure of being alive in this moment.

Watch as this feeling expands and ripples farther out through space with every cycle of breath.

Watch as the heart space,

The field surrounding your heart,

Radiates coherence and pure love.

Marinate in this feeling.

Trust that this state is recalibrating your entire system.

All the subtle bodies back into alignment.

Now bring your awareness to your life as it exists on your highest timeline.

The path where your soul is fully expressed,

Your gifts fully lived,

Your joy fully embodied.

What kind of experiences are you having?

Observe every detail of this highest timeline as you witness it and simply sense the energy of that version of you.

How do they feel in their body?

How do they move through the world?

What do they believe about themselves and the world?

Feel this timeline as it materializes right in front of you.

As this version of self comes to life within you.

Breathe here.

Be here.

Inhale deeply through the nose,

Gathering this clarity into your being and exhale,

Releasing it into the quantum field.

Trusting it is already right.

When you're ready,

Slowly return to your body.

Wiggling your fingers and toes,

Letting the head fall towards one ear,

Roll through center and to the opposite side.

Now drawing the head back through neutral,

Hands to heart center and thumbs to third eye.

As you gently bow in to bring this practice to a close,

Carrying the frequency of your highest timeline with you into the rest of your day.
