Closing your eyes,
Feeling yourself grounding into the present moment by anchoring into your breath,
Starting to observe your breath going in and out,
In and out.
As you observe the quality of your breath now,
Noticing if you can start to allow your breath to become softer,
More fluid,
More flowing.
As you breathe in,
I'm breathing in.
As you exhale,
I'm breathing out.
Inhale,
I'm breathing in.
Exhale,
I'm breathing out.
Inhale,
I'm breathing in.
Exhale,
I'm breathing out.
With each inhale and exhale,
Noticing yourself relax,
Using your last moments here to feel yourself sinking deeper and deeper and deeper into a state of relaxation,
Into a space of embodiment and into a space of connection with yourself.
Imagining now your favorite body of water,
Seeing this body of water now in front of you and observing the ripples,
Waves,
Or any other movement on the water.
As you observe this water,
Noticing what you see,
Now pulling the energy of that water into your being,
This quality of depth,
This quality of flow,
This quality of movement.
And as you pull this quality of water into your being,
Now letting this water flush through your system.
Any parts of you that are feeling rigid,
That need to surrender control,
That are ready to go with the flow,
To let go of prior identities,
To let go of how things need to be,
To let go and allow yourself to flow with wherever you're being led.
As it starts to pull away,
Dissolve these parts of you that have this resistance to flowing,
Letting them pull that part of you back into its water as it moves back into the body of water that it came from.
This big pulling of energy between the body of water into your being,
Washing away all of your resistance and then flowing back into the water in a beautiful figure eight.
Letting it fuel you,
Letting it release you,
And then coming through to do it all again.
Finding ease now in yourself,
To know that the water is supporting you as you let yourself float along.
Let yourself move to somewhere else.
Imagining yourself now walking into the water and now turning your back to the water,
Falling back into the water and letting it hold you as you float above the water,
Trusting that from this place of the water holding you,
You can flow to wherever you're meant to go next.
As you flow in the water,
Being held by the water,
Noticing where it wants to take you,
If anywhere,
Slowly starting to deepen your breath now,
Coming back into this present moment,
Setting an intention for yourself to be fluid,
To be open,
And to go with the flow,
To release all resistance to allowing yourself to flow to wherever you're meant to be.
I am fluid.
I am flowing.
I surrender.
