Because You're Alive. Because I'm Alive. Gratitude for the natural flow of our human bodies and how they carry us.
Gratitude in the Highest.
Einstein Said - "There are only two ways to live your life. One is as though nothing is a miracle. The other is as though everything is a miracle.”.
There were kids playing outside at recess- during he time of recording and it inspired me so much
Miracles are within.

Gratitude in the highest. Because I'm alive. Because I'm alive. Because you're alive. Sit with that thought. Let it permeate your soul. Because you're alive. Because you're breathing. Because you don't even have to think about your breath. Everything in your body knows what to do. Because you're alive. Gratitude is that beautiful seed that is planted consciously every single day. And it opens your heart wider and wider. Because you're alive. Because you're alive. No need for fancy affirmations. Just remember. You're breathing. You don't have to think about your heart beating. Because you're alive. Just be. Gratitude.
