My sensitive soul being empathic. Beauty and courage are within. Energy is my true gift as an empath. I create and recreate on the daily healthy boundaries to keep my soul as bright and as happy as possible. I realize that being an empath is a true gift. Sensitivity is strength. I nourish my soul daily within the moment with light love and purity. If I am tired, Energetically I rest so that I can keep on being the lightest and brightest me possible. As an empath, I realize that my gift is to be a beacon of light.

This was so soothing ..I do a lot of breathing and chakra meditations to align my energy yet this one is wonderful for me this morning.. I rested all day yesterday after a party the day before . I was so exhausted with others energy plus mine as I’ve been taking care of my daughters two puppies and got to rest when they did .
