Welcome to your brand new day.

And before you do anything,

Take a big breath in and sigh out last night's energy.

Do that as many times as you wish or need.

And before the hustle and the bustle of the day start,

I'd like to remind you to be gentle with yourself on all levels.

Be kind to yourself and speak kindly to yourself.

We often forget that the inner conversation we have with ourselves is so very important.

May it be peaceful and loving.

May you speak adoringly to yourself about yourself.

And yourself in your beautiful divine energy,

Unlike anyone else's on planet Earth.

How special you are.

Remember how loved you are.

Your consciousness,

Your heart,

Beautiful energy of yours,

Your personal fingerprint.

There is no one like you.

Have a beautiful day.

Be kind to yourself.
