Hi!

Welcome to today's meditation.

I invite you to close your eyes,

Slowly starting to go within.

Taking a deep breath in through your nose and out through your mouth.

Rocking your body from side to side and slowly starting to release any tension that you may be holding.

Breathing in,

Filling the lungs with that fresh,

Fresh air.

I want you to start reflecting on the things that are going right in your life.

Did you wake up this morning with electricity in a really comfortable bed,

Surrounded by all the things you've been working towards in your life?

Getting a night's rest.

Think of all the things that bring you joy on a day-to-day basis and send out beams of gratitude to all those things.

You've worked so hard to get to where you are now and I encourage you to keep going.

Sometimes life throws us all kinds of scenarios and we need to have the strength and courage to overcome them,

To grow from them,

And to move forward with positive momentum no matter what.

Take another deep breath in and think of something that's challenging you right now.

Mmm,

Feel that.

There's some anger there,

There's some frustration,

There's some tension,

There's some dis-ease there.

Well,

We all know that dis-ease creates disease,

So let's take a moment and breathe into that tension,

Wherever it's coming from.

Could be in your neck,

Could be in your shoulders,

Could be in the tip of your mind,

Could be anywhere in the body.

And let's breathe into that space together.

Deep breath in and exhale.

Another one of those deep breaths,

Cleansing breaths.

In through your nose and out through your mouth.

Good job.

I want you to start thinking about what you've learned from those moments in life that brought grief or dis-ease,

That created tension.

What did you overcome?

Did it make you stronger?

I'm sure it did.

Did it make you wiser?

Most certainly.

Did it help you to become the person you are today?

Definitely.

So,

Next time we find ourselves in a rut because of a situation that didn't end up going the way we planned it,

Take a moment to drop into gratitude and remember that everything is a lesson.

And no matter where you are in life,

The next step is always right there.

Just move your foot.

Keep moving.

Keep moving forward.

Because there's always magic just around the corner.

Thanks for meditating with me today.

I hope this brought you into a space of peace and tranquility.

And I'll see you again next time.

Have a beautiful day.
