There are many moments in leadership when the pace is fast and the stakes are high and you feel pulled in many directions.

In my work coaching leaders I see this again and again how powerful it is to pause and to come back to yourself to the body and to the breath and it's in that space of grounding that balance returns and clarity emerges and you remember who you're being not just what you're doing.

And in those times we need to be able to access who we are in our presence really quickly and that's what this meditation is designed to help you do.

So in a minute this meditation will help you to feel more grounded,

More connected,

Have clarity on the decisions you need to make or the way you need to be.

So let's begin by taking a slow steady breath in and as you exhale let your shoulders soften.

Feel your feet connecting with the ground beneath you and let the earth support you and with each breath that you take gather your energy back home into your body into this moment.

Imagine a golden light at your center that's warm and steady and alive with quiet courage and let it expand through your chest,

Flow down your arms,

Into your hands,

Through your spine.

Breathe it in.

You are grounded.

You are ready.

You are enough.
