Leadership Through Energy: Part One

Part One of this meditation is a guided inner journey that takes leaders upward through the energetic and psychological layers of their being. It begins with grounding in the physical environment and gradually ascends through behaviour, capability, beliefs, identity, and purpose. Each level is paired with a corresponding chakra, helping leaders sense the flow of energy and awareness from root to crown.

The process invites reflection on how they lead, what they value, and who they are becoming beyond their roles or titles. Ultimately, this ascent cultivates clarity, self-trust, and connection to a higher purpose — aligning inner energy with authentic leadership presence.

There is a certain synchronicity that this meditation appeared now for me. The content is perfect. I love the link between western and eastern philosophies and the questions are hugely relevant. (I don’t like the pitch of the gongs, I find that frequency jarring), but that did not detract from the meditation) Excellent, great focus on energy and authenticity. Thank you, Carroll.
