Open your heart to a space of receiving, Allowing this energy in now, Letting it rise up from Mother Earth into your feet, Up into your legs, Into your hips, And spreading now through your whole being. Feel yourself connected to the earth. Feel grounded, Supported, And held. Feeling strong and empowered. And bringing down the light of the universe now to your crown, Touching the top of your head, Washing away any heaviness, Any negativity, Clearing it down into the earth. A steady stream of beautiful light flowing down through you now, Cleansing and clearing. And now letting it begin to fill you, The light of the universe bringing you all that you need at this time. Washing down through your skull, Your neck, Your shoulders, Your arms, Your head. Coming down your spine, Your chest, Into your abdomen. Beautiful light filling your body, Bringing you all that you need.
