Hello beautiful soul. Let's do some distance Reiki for you today. I invite you to close your eyes and open your heart into a lovely space of receiving, Allowing this energy to flow to you now, Bringing you all that you need at this time, Aligning you with your most potent and beautiful potential. First, Let's invite the earth energy to connect with your body, Flowing up from the vibrant planet beneath you, Rising into your feet and your legs, Grounding you, Supporting you, Holding you, Touching your root chakra, Letting you feel so safe in this moment. This earth energy rises into your whole body now, Filling you with the beautiful energy of Mother Earth, Letting you feel powerful and strong, Letting you feel very present in this moment. Beautiful. We're going to call on the lovely energy of the universe and the sky, Letting that come down and wash through your being, Wash through your body, Letting go of any heaviness you're holding, You're carrying, Letting it comb or shower through your body, Down through your arms and your fingertips, Washing through your head, Your thoughts, Your beliefs, Coming through your heart, Your emotions, And coming down through your entire body, Touching every part of you, Washing it into the earth.
