Realign With The Truth Of What You Are

There is no I,

There is no you.

There simply is space or nothingness.

Within that nothingness is everything,

Oneness.

There is no border,

No border of the skin or the boundary of the human,

No borders of the countries,

Of the planet,

Or the universe.

It is all one,

Flowing within itself.

There are bits of consciousness and ego which create the walls of separation,

But if we surrender to the depths,

We are not separate.

We flow in and out of each other,

Of each being,

Of each element,

We are source,

Creation,

All stemming from creator.

We all have the power to create our lives as we wish to see them unfold.

Your power is the strongest in this moment,

Not when we're searching for it,

But it's right here,

Right now.

You have the power right now to live your life,

To really live it,

How you've always dreamed of living it,

Right now,

Right here.

So live with me.

Create.

Be,

Not become,

Be,

Just be in this moment,

Fully,

And don't judge it.

Accept it,

Or accept that you're judging it.

Why not?

Create softness around everything,

Acceptance around everything,

And love around everything.

The perceived good and perceived bad.

What if you just let go,

Just allowed everything to be as it is?

I'm not saying don't make choices,

Don't grow,

Don't release old shit that's not serving you.

I'm saying do it all.

Make choices,

Grow,

Let go,

Surrender,

Be in the moment,

Be fully present,

Be pulled into your past.

You can be tied down to your future.

Just be aware that you're living,

And that's a gift.

It's such a gift.

All of the beauty and all of the joy,

And all of the suffering and all of the pain,

Is a gift.

This is creation,

And you,

You are a creator.

Everyone's a creator,

And our creations affect others,

But we get to choose our reactions,

Or we get to be pulled by our reactions.

How beautiful are these gifts of life?

All evidence that you are alive,

That each moment is this precious gift,

And you have choice.

You have choice.

Sometimes it feels like you don't,

But there's always choice,

Choice within of how you want to interpret,

Choice without of how you want to react.

Choices of saying yes and no,

Of being still or stagnant or free and moving.

You are your creator.

You,

No one else but you.

And taking ownership of that,

Of that right,

Of that free will that you have,

Could feel heavy.

Could feel like you've been suffering a long time.

And by taking ownership,

You're saying you created that suffering.

And that doesn't feel very good.

Or you could just take ownership with no judgment.

And yes,

We create a lot of suffering for ourselves,

But that suffering is still a form of life,

Of living,

Of being human.

You've just been being human,

And so have I.

It is human to cause pain to ourselves and pain to others at times.

It is also human to not want to suffer and cause pain.

What if we could just be with whatever is?

Just say,

Okay,

This is this moment,

And I am so grateful to be a part of this moment,

No matter what it is,

No matter what's going on.

I am grateful that I am here.

I am grateful that I get to experience.

And I am grateful to feel pain,

To know that when I feel pain,

I will really know when I am not feeling pain.

And I will have even more gratitude for the joy that I feel,

For the peace that I feel,

And the love that I receive.

To know that contrast is really a gift.

Because contrast illuminates the beautiful things in life.

It allows you to see them more fully and clearly,

And appreciate them,

And even want to hold on to them.

What a gift.

You are a gift.

All that you do,

All that you are,

Is a gift.

As you are living.

And that is simply your only task.

To do the best that you can in each moment,

As you have always been doing.

If you accept that you've always been doing that,

You will realize you've always been full.

You've always been living your truth.

Except now you realize that,

And you are aware of that,

And you can stop fighting yourself.

Begin to enjoy every aspect of you.

Every aspect of you,

Your love,

Your pain and sadness,

Your joy and your fear.

When you're at peace,

And when your mind feels like it's going crazy,

Or just on overtime,

You get to be that fully,

Unapologetically.

Be yourself,

Be your truth.

Could that be your purpose?

Just to simply be as you are,

And to accept yourself and love yourself as you are.

Maybe you'll be wanting to grow and change all the time,

But love yourself through every step of that,

And know that you're always enough,

In each moment as you are,

You are always perfect as you are.

You are simply growing,

But we are always growing,

Every day,

Every moment.

We'll never get to that destination or end point.

Every moment is the destination.

You have arrived.

Welcome.

You are here.

I'm so happy that you are here,

Perfectly as you are right now.

Can you feel that?

So I send you off with simple words to share,

That it's okay to not be okay.

That every imperfection is perfect.

And that what you are looking for is already here.

It's always been within you,

And you've already been living it.

There are moments when you're not in alignment with that truth,

But you're in alignment with other truths of your environment or your mind or other people.

It's okay to be pulled or feel like you're off track,

Because there is no track.

You are simply living,

Experiencing,

And you are the experiencer who gets to witness these miracles of life.

Carrie has helped me understand the Law of Attraction far more than anybody else. I've heard about it for years, but really thought it was a crock. It was her comment about even if I didn't believe in it, sewing seeds of good instead of negative ones, would still be a better way to live. So I changed the way I was handling the collapse of my husband's industry because of Covid-19, and I was anxious to share this new way of living with my husband, who is a very negative person. I was just finishing up the 1st day of the course, when my husband called to tell me that his company had a new project, about 2 weeks of work! I was amazed.
