When you operate from your base of love,
You bring your deepest self forward.
Love is a crucial ingredient to your true nature.
This shared universal ingredient binds every human into a margarita mixer of oneness.
This love that you carry is no different from person to person.
The only thing that changes is how each of us perceives it,
Tries to suffocate it,
Or let it flow.
Because it is a part of your infrastructure,
It's not a limited resource.
This steady state of love cannot be exhausted.
You can share it and become energized.
In our practice today,
We will look at the positive process of infusing love into your healing pathway consciously.
If you have a journal,
Paper,
Or pen,
Please grab that now.
If not,
You can do this practice verbally.
Close your eyes and invite a wave of softness to flow into your body,
Being carried by your breath.
Feel the front side of your body be caressed by this wave of softness.
Feel the softness flow over the back side of your body,
Through the inside of your body,
And softness throughout your whole body.
Let's step into loving thoughts to help attract health and combat some of the fear-based and negative thoughts you may have had around your healing journey.
Take some time to speak out loud in your mind or journal loving words about your health.
Be present with the beautiful health that you do have access to right now.
Be as real and true to the things that are good in your life.
If you're struggling with a broken leg,
You can say,
You can say,
I am abundant in health.
I have access to use my hands,
Fingers,
To write,
To speak,
Love.
I have a beautiful gift of time to slow down.
I'll give you some time to do this exercise now.
Beautiful work.
Now let's focus on positive words about things that are accessible from within,
Like peace and joy and love.
And those words may be,
I am peaceful,
I'm happy,
I'm love,
I'm loving.
Things that are not in physical form,
But emotional and energetic.
Positive things that you can access with mindfulness.
Let's embrace those now.
Wonderful work.
Finally,
Let's focus on future health goals and intentions for you.
Things that aren't easily accessible to you right now.
You can use I am statements if those feel best to you,
Or I will.
I am statements are more supercharged and are true,
Even if they haven't manifested yet.
For example,
Even if you aren't a millionaire,
You can say,
I am a millionaire.
Because in your realm of feeling,
This can be true.
You can access the feeling of being a millionaire right now.
There is truth to the statement.
When it is a truth accessible from within,
In the state of feeling.
I'll let you have some time to be playful with statements that spark joy within you now.
