Challenge yourself to think five things you are grateful for in that moment.
Your mood will be shifted.
Even if you're resisting it,
Gratitude is a force greater than any funk or illness that we can be sitting in.
Let's utilize this powerful force today,
And let it invigorate your healing to a new,

Let's do an astral traveling gratitude practice.
You will visit times in your past,
People who have impacted you positively,
And memories that shaped you.
And we will pull the practice of gratitude to this moment.
First,
Let's arrive in your body and heart.
Bring your awareness to wherever you are right now.
Feel your body.
Feel the surface you're sitting upon.
Feel your breath.
Tune into your heart space,
The space of love.
Gratitude is simply deep love and appreciation for life's gifts.
Tune into that frequency of potent love and appreciation now.
Bring your awareness outside of your body now.
See your body from an outside perspective,
As you stare at it from two meters away.
Let's begin an astral traveling journey back in time,
Moving your awareness,
Your spirit,
To yesterday.
Share a warm thank you to the events that occurred yesterday that brought you joy.
Let the thank you be authentic and stream from your heart into you,
Or whomever or whatever you felt was a gift to your day.
Traveling back over the past year,
I'll give you some time to travel to the touching moments that you appreciated,
And offer them a hug,
Or words of appreciation,
Or a beam of loving light as a gesture of gratitude.
Traveling back over the past 10 years,
Moving through the moments that touched you,
Letting the gratitude fill your heart,
Fill your being,
And shine into everyone involved in your grateful experiences.
Now traveling over your entire lifetime,
Letting your gratitude cascade from your bountiful heart into the truly precious moments of your life.
Let's move into powerful gratitude of the now.
Gratitude is a sub-facet of the love vibration and your whole soul.
Let's hold gratitude for your current health,
Positive aspects of your health that you do have.
Maybe it's the ability to walk,
Or breathe fresh air,
Or eat delicious foods.
Whatever it may be,
Let the gratitude cocoon you in a blanket of joyful celebration for these gifts that your health offers you.
Let's bring a little fire into the practice,
And hold gratitude for the negative aspects of health that you have.
See if you can find gifts in some of the challenges that you've faced.
For example,
Say you struggle with chronic fatigue syndrome.
A gift may be that is slowing you down,
Allowing you to create loving boundaries and have impeccable self-care.
These are things you can hold gratitude for,
And feel that warm energy of appreciation fill your heart.
I'll give you some time to bask in gratitude for your hardships and struggles that have gifted you secret opportunities now.
