And I want you to be guided by your intuition,

By what feels good,
And whatever movement you feel called to make,
Please make it.
Let's start with a releasing movement that may be a bit of shaking,
Vibrating,
Or sweeping your energy field,
Clearing any heaviness out.
Do this now in a way that feels good to you.
Now we'll bring in a pushing out,
Sweeping out motion,
And a scooping in,
Calling in lovely,
Healthy energy into your aura,
And pushing out any heaviness or negativity.
Please do this now in a way that nurtures your body and soul.
Let your movement slow down until you come to standing still,
Or you may choose to lay down.
Let's call upon some beautiful energy into your heart center.
Let your hands be guided naturally as it calls upon unconditional love from the universe,
And you pull it into your heart center.
You may place your hands on your heart,
Or have a flowing motion between you,
Your heart,
And the universe.
