We welcome the night,
Letting the veil of darkness wash over you as you gently close your eyes.
And with this darkness,
We invite a space of safety and rest.
Give yourself permission to soften your body,
Releasing tension,
Surrendering worry,
And embracing a state of deep comfort.
Letting yesterday wash away with the tide,
Allowing the waves to curl over your body,
From your head down to your toes.
This ocean brings her majestic power of release,
Releasing your thoughts,
Releasing your stress and worries,
And surrendering them into the sea.
As you soften your head,
You scalp,
Inviting an open space in your brain,
Connecting to the vast universe,
And receiving its infinite wisdom as we surrender our thoughts.
And the water gently washes through your eyes,
Melting away stress and fatigue,
Letting them deeply rest in this darkness,
Washing through your ears,
Allowing them to hear the sounds of the waves as they release whatever was whispered and received today in its infinite beauty.
And with each wave,
We arrive in this very moment with what is the simplicity of now.
Waves washing through your neck,
Your throat,
Surrendering any pressure to express yourself or to be a certain way,
Allowing you to relax into the very essence of who you are,
As you are.
You are divine.
You are perfection,
Just as you are.
No need to change a thing.
Allow yourself to be as you are,
Letting the waves roll over your shoulders,
Picking up any heaviness of responsibilities that you carry with you through your days,
And surrendering them to the oneness of the ocean,
Letting you feel lighter and freer to move through your day.
The waves coming down the backside of your body,
Washing down your spine,
Releasing tensions here and opening you to receiving from the universe,
Knowing that you are not alone,
You are supported and you are held.
Washing into your chest and your heart center,
Softening any strong emotions and letting you rest in a deep well of love,
Letting your love rise and percolate,
Extending it to all parts of your being.
The beautiful waves of the ocean roll down your arms,
Caressing your fingertips,
Letting you soften your grip on the world and open yourself into receiving the world,
Into flow instead of force.
The waves coming down into your abdomen,
Your belly,
Releasing any doubts you may carry,
Any judgments you may hold,
And bringing in deep confidence and acceptance,
Letting acceptance roll into the parts of you that have been resisted,
Where there is aversion,
And bringing an openness here,
An allowing.
Be in the state of allowing,
Letting confidence emanate throughout your being,
You are strong,
You are powerful,
You are a force of its own.
The waves washing through the hips and the pelvis,
Clearing any heaviness,
Any blockages,
Any fears,
Surrendering the energy of scarcity and welcoming the truth of abundance.
You are abundant.
Life is abundant.
Your life is rich and full of all the best things.
There is beauty everywhere you turn.
You are beauty itself.
And the waves finally brushing down your legs,
Your knees,
All the way down through your feet and your toes,
Clearing any heaviness and washing it away,
Letting you feel so grounded,
So light and free,
That you surrender yourself now to the ocean,
Moving beyond the self into the great unknown,
From the drop of water to the ocean itself.
Surrendering to your true form,
Your body slowly melts away into the water,
Dissipating and becoming one,
Becoming vast and infinite,
Surrendering thoughts and the mind,
Surrendering the heart and emotions,
Surrendering your physical form and your body,
Surrendering all attachments and melting into the sea of oneness,
Being one with all.
As you rest tonight,
We invite deep relaxation for your body,
For your mind and for your heart,
So that as you wake up,
You feel replenished,
You feel full and vibrant,
Ready to take on your day in alignment with your deepest self,
With your wisest self and with your truest self.
May all good things come to you as you rest,
And may all resistance be surrendered to the sea.
You are deserving of the best in life.
May you receive that now.
