Energy alignment for a great day.

Take a moment to center yourself and align your spine,

Opening your energy body into a position of receiving.

Visualize,

Sense,

Or feel throughout this practice as we harness the power of crystals and energy to set you up for a great day.

You can use this for today and listen to it every day to have an amazing day,

Or you can use this for a future date.

Let's begin.

Walking through flecks of black snow that are actually tiny pieces of the black obsidian crystal.

This crystal is powerful at removing negative energy and neutralizing it.

See yourself walking through this confetti of black obsidian floating all around you as it picks up and neutralizes any negative energy that you are carrying and then falls to the earth.

Use your hands now to sweep away what was lifted from within,

Sweeping it out of your aura and back to mother earth.

Wonderful.

Coming out of the black obsidian,

Clearing weather,

Arriving in an open space.

How do you want to feel today?

Peaceful,

Loving,

Accepting,

Whatever it is,

Take this moment to affirm it.

This cave is shining brightly as the light from the sun moves into the quartz cave and makes it brighter,

Creating little rainbow speckles everywhere through the reflections of the clear quartz.

When you're ready,

You can begin to make your way in this cave.

Quartz amplifies the vibration of the energy you are calling in today.

As you enter the cave,

Feel the energy penetrate you within and surround you,

Filling you with so much light until you are light itself.
