Today's meditation and energy activation is to help us help our bodies,
Our minds and our heart become one in flow and harmony and peace.
Make sure you stay comfortable either lying on your back or in a seated position on the floor.
Your palms facing up towards the sky,
Towards the heavens.
Your eyes closed.
Mouth slightly parted.
Inhale through your nose and exhale through your mouth as you see fit.
Easy breaths coming in,
Easy breaths coming out.
Inhale through your nose and exhale through your mouth.
Imagine there's this beautiful,
White,
Silvery,
Cascading waterfall about a foot above your head.
Within your next inhale,
This waterfall starts to cascade down,
Landing softly at the top of your head.
And as you exhale,
Imagine this beautiful,
Angelic,
Divine flow coming down the top of your head,
Running down into your third eye,
Down the side of your head,
Down the back of your head.
It feels so good,
So peaceful,
So calming.
It's penetrating your skull,
Your brain,
Your eyes,
Every cell in your body,
Starting with your head.
In your next inhale,
This beautiful energy,
This cascading waterfall moves down into your throat,
Penetrating your esophagus,
Your tonsils,
Softening the stories we haven't said,
And dislodging the ones we're ready to release.
In your next inhale,
Allow that energy to move down your arms into your heart center,
Around your breasts,
Into your back,
Softening up your muscles,
Move your shoulders around,
Allow that flow into your body,
Penetrating your cells,
Your blood,
Your organs.
In your next inhale,
Allow it to move even further down your body into your rib cage,
Past your will center,
Into your spinal cord running down into your solar plexus,
Settling just behind your belly button.
Imagine all these old cords,
All these old chains around your solar plexus,
Around your power center.
They're dissolving with this beautiful cascading flow,
This beautiful silvery heavensend energy running down all around our abdominal,
Penetrating the layers of skin,
Our cells,
Our blood,
Our organs,
Our bones,
Up and down our spinal cord.
Every old story no longer serves us is dissolving easily,
Peacefully.
We're letting it go.
We're allowing this energy to help us move into flow.
With your next inhale and exhale,
Imagine old cords shooting off your body,
Evaporating into this beautiful waterfall.
Take another deep breath in,
And as you exhale,
This energy is moving down even further into our bodies.
Move your body around a little bit,
Allowing that flow to loosen up your spine,
Penetrating our womb center,
Our sacral chakra,
Where all our creativity begins.
We're allowing flow into our life.
We're allowing this energy to support us.
And with your next inhale and exhale,
It's finally landing in the base of our spine,
Our root chakra.
Here we're going to move this energy out a little bit,
About four feet from our bodies.
Imagine as you inhale and exhale,
This beautiful cascading waterfall becomes a big,
Big cloud.
Beautiful energy,
Sparkly light,
About four feet around you,
Out in front of you,
Beside you,
Behind you.
And this bubble is going to move down our legs,
Anchoring us in about a foot below our feet into the earth.
From a foot above our head to a foot below our feet,
We're standing in this beautiful waterfall.
Heaven sent flow,
Heaven sent signs,
Helping our minds,
Our hearts,
Our spirits to connect as one fluid action.
Flow comes to us,
We lean back,
We allow life to us forward.
We let go of every problem we can't solve,
Every flavor of anxiety that no longer serves us.
It's falling off our bodies really easily down this waterfall into the earth,
And we're allowing Mother Earth to transcend it for the greater good.
Allow this energy to run a few more minutes.
Breathing in through your nose and out through your mouth.
And while we're here,
I want you to send a situation in your life right now that you could use more flow in.
Perhaps it's a creative project.
Perhaps it's a loving relationship.
Allow this energy to massage that situation.
Send that thought,
That person,
Loving flow,
This beautiful silvery energy,
Heaven sent energy is sent to that person,
That situation.
Take a deep breath in and as you exhale,
Release it,
That person,
That situation is out of your bubble.
Heaven received that beautiful energy you just sent.
And we're landing softly again inside our waterfall.
I ride in peaceful flow today.
I accept divine sent energy in my life today.
Answers to my questions come easily today.
I'm able to move forward in the life of my dreams today.
The universe sends me people onto my path today that match this feeling,
This energy I feel in this moment.
Take an inhale through your nose.
And as you exhale,
We're going to put energy and thought into our feet.
A foot below our feet,
Our beautiful bubble of flow has been mixing with this awesome energy of Earth.
Imagine that it that warm Earth energy starts to penetrate this beautiful bubble,
Silvery heaven sent flow.
Four feet all around us,
Our bubble now starts to mix with a really pretty orange and red color.
We're grounding this energy out.
It's running up our legs into our roots.
With every inhale and exhale,
It's moving up our bodies a little bit more.
Coming into our belly buttons,
Filling all those holes,
All those old cords with supportive,
Loving energy from the Earth and heaven.
Move your body around a little bit.
Make a little circle with your hips and the energy from the back all around you as it rises up into your rib cage,
Up into your heart.
The universe supports us in every decision we make.
Our hearts are open to move forward in the life of our dreams.
A lot of that beautiful Earth energy to mix with our heaven sent energy up our hearts,
Down our arms,
Out our fingertips.
With every inhale,
It's rising up into our throat chakra.
Up our backs,
Up our spinal cord.
Up into our head,
Penetrating our third eye.
Coming out the top of our head,
Cascading all around us in this beautiful four foot bubble.
Heaven sent energy,
Earth sent energy is mixing within our own energy field right now.
And with every inhale and exhale,
We allow both heaven and earth to meet us on our path.
We are in complete divine flow,
Completely supported in the life of our dreams.
Allowing answers to easily come to us.
Alligned actions to easily happen in our life today.
The right people onto our path show up easily,
As we continue to follow our flow.
Every inhale and exhale moves us one step forward onto the life of our dreams.
Come back to this meditation and energy activation whenever it feels right.
