Aligning With Our Best And Highest Self

When we look inward, we allow ourselves to get in better alignment with our highest self. To let new energy in, we first have the opportunity to let old energy go. This guided practice and energy activation moves you through an alignment adjustment to easily release stuck energy and gain access to higher vibrational energy.

Alignment.

Today's meditation is helping us align our mind,

Our heart,

And our spirit.

It's helping us align our energy field,

Our DNA,

Our cellular structure,

Even our bodies.

Get comfortable.

Lay down on your bed,

On the couch.

Get into a comfortable seating position.

Lay your hands face up on your lap or next to you.

And let's start by taking a couple of deep breaths in through our nose and out through our mouth.

Waking up your body.

Expanding our lungs.

One more.

I want you to imagine a big tube of light starting in the center of your heart and running down your body.

Down your abdominal,

Down into your sacral chakra,

Your creative center,

Your life force center,

Down through your root.

Down your legs into your shins,

Into your feet.

Waking up all the cells in your lower body.

Imagine this tube of light brings in all the colors of the rainbow.

Red for love,

Orange for creativity,

Yellow for happiness,

Green for prosperity,

Blue for truth and integrity,

And purple for spirituality.

Picture that vibrant rainbow swirling and twirling from the center of your heart down your body,

Down your legs,

Anchoring us.

Imagine those cords,

That rainbow tube of light surrounded by a brilliant white light come shooting out of the center of our feet anchoring us into Mother Earth.

Let's start with the foot below us,

Just right underneath the Earth surface.

Take a deep breath in.

Letting that energy,

Those colors,

Move us,

Shape us.

We're going to wake up and activate a couple of alignments here.

It is now commanded,

All energy bodies,

All light,

Our DNA and cellular structure,

Be activated and aligned to provide happiness,

Love,

Creativity,

Prosperity,

Truth,

And spirituality throughout our entire energy field.

It is now commanded that our DNA or cellular structure,

Our physical bodies,

Be activated and aligned to provide us with love,

Creativity,

Happiness,

Prosperity,

Truth and integrity,

And spirituality.

It is now commanded and activated that our energy bodies,

Our cellular structure,

Our DNA,

Our physical bodies,

Receive alignment to provide us with an abundance of love,

Creativity,

Happiness,

Prosperity,

Truth and integrity,

And spirituality.

Take a deep breath in.

And exhale.

And as you exhale,

Imagine old cranky,

Crunchy,

Cranky parts of your heart.

Your solar plexus.

Your sacral chakra,

Your root chakra.

All those dark parts you haven't been able to get to before are sucked up within this tube of light and sent down to the center of the earth.

Imagine your body being filled and absorbed at the cellular structure DNA level.

Even your physical body absorbing this light filled with love and happiness,

Prosperity,

Truth,

Spirituality,

Prosperity.

Take another deep breath in and as you exhale,

Put your energy and your thought on your heart.

Our heart is where all the alignment starts.

Every thought we have impacts our heart.

Every feeling we have impacts our heart,

So we're going to spend some time here.

Imagine this tube of light filled with all this beautiful energy that we just activated throughout our cellular structure,

Throughout our DNA,

Throughout our physical body expands and allows a beautiful heart shape to actually embody our physical heart.

Look at it as a 3D image.

It has a hologram effect almost.

It's sparkly.

It's beautiful.

It's ours.

With one hand on your heart and the other hand palm up facing the sky,

Let's activate our heart even more.

It is now commanded for our heart center to be healed,

Open,

Replenished,

Renewed,

And aligned for our highest purpose.

It is now commanded and activated.

Let our heart provide us direction,

Answers,

Guidance we easily understand to move us in the right direction of our higher purpose.

It is now commanded and activated.

Let our heart provide us on a physical level,

A spiritual level,

The right steps to take without delay.

Take a deep breath in.

Exhale.

Imagine all the cranky,

Crunchy,

Dark parts of your heart that you haven't been able to get to before.

It's now vacuumed up into this hologram and it runs down your tube of light into the center of the earth.

We're going to activate our higher chakras now.

Allow your hologram to stay where it is.

Move your tube of light filled with your rainbow and bright light up to your throat chakra,

Up the center of your head,

Allowing your third eye to open wide,

All the way up to the crown of your head,

And it's going to move about a foot above your head,

And it's going to stay there.

Take a deep breath in.

Exhale,

Opening up your higher chakras so that we are able to create a better connection to source.

Imagine palms facing up,

Calling in all our guides,

All our highest potential energy to run down to the center of our crown chakra,

Down our third eye,

Into our throat,

Across our throat,

And anchoring into our heart hologram.

It is now commanded and activated at our higher source energy.

We are now working at a cellular level,

DNA level,

Physical level,

To provide us with the right steps to take so we are in perfect alignment with our higher purpose.

It is now commanded and activated at our higher source energy.

It is now easily accessible at a cellular level,

DNA level,

Physical level,

To provide us with love,

Creativity,

Prosperity,

Happiness,

Truth and integrity and spirituality at all times.

It is now commanded and activated at our higher source energy.

Move through us,

Around us,

To us and from us at all times to provide us the right steps to take to fulfill our higher purpose.

Take a deep breath in.

Exhale.

Imagine all those old crunchy cranky parts,

The dark parts within your throat,

Within your third eye,

Within your crown chakra be sucked up and moved upward into that tube of light for higher source energy to evaporate.

We're just going to stay here for a second and allow this tube of light that's connected in our heart hologram to run from a foot above our head to a foot below our bodies.

Love,

Creativity,

Happiness,

Prosperity,

Truth,

Integrity and spirituality is activated through our physical body,

Our DNA,

Our cellular structure to provide us with perfect alignment for our higher purpose.

We have easy guidance and steps to take to fulfill our higher purpose.

These next hours,

Days,

Months and years are ours for the making and we are provided with answers and guidance we easily understand.

Take a deep breath in.

Thank your higher source energy,

Your guides for coming in today to activating and moving out all those old parts.

With the next exhale,

We're going to imagine that light above our head coming down through the crown of our head,

Third eye,

Throat chakra into the center of our heart.

Take a deep breath in and as you exhale,

Another time,

That lower anchor below us is coming up our feet,

Upper legs,

Upper roots,

Sacral,

Solar and resting into our heart hologram.

From here,

We're moving our energy from our heart out about four feet around us.

This rainbow energy is penetrating out in front of us,

Around all sides of us,

Behind us,

In front of us,

Below us.

We have this beautiful bubble that is guiding us,

Connecting us,

Protecting us.

And everyone we come in contact with today feels are activated in a mind energy.

They're loved,

They're happy,

And they're creative,

They're prosperous.

They're filled with truth and integrity and connected to their own source energy.

Inhale,

As you exhale one more time,

I want you to open your eyes,

Wiggle your fingers and your toes,

Move your body around a little bit.

Spend some time in your journal,

Feel how you feel,

Record any thoughts that are coming easily to you right now about your next steps,

And come back to this meditation and energy activation for your alignment,

Whatever you feel called.
