Welcome,
I am so grateful you are here.
I want you to start out,
Just take your time to settle in and get comfortable.
You can be seated or lying down,
Whatever feels good to you.
If there's anything you could do right now to be even 10% more comfortable,
Go ahead and adjust that right now.
Now start to notice the sounds around you if there are any.
Notice the energy in the room,
How it starts to feel calmer around you as your body relaxes.
Notice your body resting on the comfy surface beneath you as you ground down.
You start to feel your whole body relaxing with you with every breath.
The fresh oxygen you breathe in starts to travel throughout your body to every cell.
You can easily picture each cell in your body taking in new vitality.
And with your next breath,
You start to notice your face,
Your eyebrows,
Your jaw completely relax effortlessly,
Your shoulders drop down and it feels like warm honey is flowing all the way down your spine,
Relaxing each muscle group as it melts down your back.
Your hips start to release as you ground down further into this moment.
It's almost like your body is growing roots down into the earth as you feel more secure,
More supported right now.
Next you feel your legs,
Your beautiful strong legs melt away any tension they were holding.
Your knees soften,
Your ankles soften all the way down to your toes,
Melting into right here right now.
And as you relax into this beautiful moment,
Keep your eyelids closed as you start to roll your eyes up towards your third eye,
Pretending you could roll them all the way back to see behind you even.
Your eyelids feel heavy as you keep your gaze towards your third eye.
And then you notice an elevator over to your right.
I invite you to walk towards the elevator and step inside.
You feel safe in this space.
And once inside,
Feel free to take a look around.
And then the elevator gently starts sliding down floor by floor,
Almost like it's heading towards the basement.
Five,
Four,
Three,
Two,
Dropping down a little further,
One.
And then the doors open in the basement.
And as you walk out,
You see someone familiar right away.
You notice it's your younger self.
And as you greet your younger self,
Notice what they're wearing,
What they're doing.
Maybe you see them playing with your favorite childhood toy or at your favorite place when you were younger.
Take a moment to just enjoy sitting with them.
And as you sit with them,
You start to sense there's something they want to tell you.
So go ahead and ask if there's anything they want you to know,
Or maybe if there's anything they need from you.
If they are quiet,
That's okay too.
Maybe instead of clear words,
You notice an energy shift,
Other sounds,
Symbols,
Or even images showing up instead of words.
Just be there with them to accept whatever arises.
And now take a moment to thank them for sharing this time with you,
For being there for you.
Give them a hug if that feels right.
And if there's anything you want to tell your younger self,
Take a moment and tell them now.
Now you turn to walk back towards the elevator and you press the highest button that you can.
You start to go up,
Up,
Up,
Up,
Up into the clouds,
Into the future.
You feel safe.
You feel excited to travel to this new place in time.
And as you get to that highest level,
The doors open and you step out of the elevator.
And this time you see your future self is there ready to embrace you with open arms.
As you meet your future self,
Notice what they're wearing.
What's their hair like?
What's their style like?
What emotion are they expressing?
What's their attitude like?
And again,
Just be with them for a moment.
Begin your surroundings.
And notice that this future self version of you,
They've achieved exactly what you want to achieve.
Feel free to start a conversation with this future version of yourself.
Ask any questions you want.
What are some things that helped them along the way?
See if you can trace back some of their habits that helped your future self achieve what you want to achieve right now.
And as you soak up this beautiful energy and this advice,
This wisdom from your future self,
Ask if there's one piece of advice in particular that they can share with you for where you're at in the present moment.
Notice if there are any words that come across,
Any images,
Symbols,
Colors or emotions.
Be open to receive from your future self.
Now you know it's time to come back to the present moment.
So take a moment and thank them for meeting you here.
Feel free to give them a hug if that feels right or say your goodbyes in any way that feels good to you.
And as you head back to the elevator,
You can feel new confidence surging through your body because now you have seen proof that your success is inevitable.
Step into the elevator,
Once again feeling safe,
Feeling excited,
And this elevator will take you back to right now as you return to your breath.

Traveling back to the room that you're in,
The comfort of your own space,
You feel your belief in yourself reach a new all-time high.
Take another deep inhale and soak that in.
