I'm so happy you are here and don't worry,
No long intro today because you have things to do.
You pressed play for a quick cure for overthinking and that is what I'm here to share with you.
So settle into a seated position,
Get comfortable,
Allow your eyelids to softly close and take a few deep breaths in through your nose.
Now bring your attention to your headspace.
Notice all of the energy you are sending there.
All of the energy you're spending trying to think it all out.
What does that look like?
Maybe you see a hamster wheel going non-stop in your head.
Maybe it looks like a pinball machine up there with bursts of thought and energy bouncing around in every direction.
Maybe it looks cloudy or foggy and like you just can't see through.
It's very difficult to have confidence in your next step forward when your headspace looks and feels like this.
And that's why when you're overthinking something,
It's very common that you end up second guessing yourself.
So what if instead of sending all of this energy to your head,
To your ego,
To your thinking mind,
You instead move into your heart,
Into your intuition,
To feeling.
So let's do that now.
Let's reconnect with your intuition,
With clarity,
With peace.
I want you to start to feel the borders of the energy swirling around your headspace.
And once you can feel where that energy ends,
Start to slowly guide it down into your body.
Feel the energy glide down your jaw,
Your neck,
Past your shoulders.
And as you move this energy down towards your heart,
You notice the busyness,
The chaotic feeling naturally starts to calm.
The images you were seeing before start to clear and the energy shifts to a weightless,
Flowing,
Peaceful state and settles into your heart space.
Take another deep breath in and on your exhale,
Ask your intuition,
Your inner knowing,
The wisdom of your body.
If there's anything you need to know right now to make a more aligned decision,
What would be the best way to honor your body and your soul with your next action?
You may hear a word or a phrase.
You might feel a strong emotion,
See a color or notice some type of change in your body.
Accept whatever arises for you as guidance from your inner wisdom and divine guidance for how to move forward.
And notice how easy it is to come into this calm,
Heart centered space,
How peaceful it feels to make decisions from this place of simplicity and quiet within you.
And notice how you inherently know you can trust yourself when you feel into your decisions in this way instead of trying to reason or think your way through something.
This option is always available to you.

Your divine connection,
