Welcome to this guided meditation to connect with one of your past lives.

I am so excited that you are here with me today and cannot wait for you to experience the depth of this journey that is both healing and exciting.

Please make sure that you're not driving or operating any machinery while listening to this guided meditation.

I recommend you find a comfortable position such as sitting down cross-legged or in a chair with your feet on the floor.

You can also lie down on your bed if you find this more suitable for you.

Ensure that you will not be interrupted for the whole duration of this voyage I'm taking you on today as we will be going deep.

The meditation will be divided into three parts.

First I will guide you into a deep relaxation process in order for you to unwind and let go.

Then we'll go through the exploration and this is when you will get the chance to reconnect with one of your past incarnations.

Finally I will gently bring you back to the present moment.

If at any moment you don't feel comfortable or deep sensations or emotions that are too much for you arise please come back to your breath.

If needed you can also press pause on the meditation and gently come back to your body and to the present moment.

Know that you are perfectly safe,

Held and protected at all times.

Before I start to guide you take a few moments to think about your intention for this meditation.

Maybe you're just curious and want to be taken to any moment in one of your past lives or maybe you have a specific block or pattern that needs to be released or it can be a relationship you wish to better understand or a physical symptom you hope to alleviate.

I will leave you some time now to set your intention.

Now that you have set your intention let's start.

I am first going to invite you to take five deep breath.

Inhale through the nose and exhale out through the mouth.

Don't hesitate to sigh it out and let any tension go with the out breath.

Four more times.

Inhale deeply.

Exhale fully.

Again inhale deeply.

Exhale fully.

Two more times.

Inhale deeply.

Exhale fully.

And one last time.

Take the biggest breath you have taken all day.

And now exhale fully through the mouth.

Each breath you will take from now on will help you go deeper and deeper.

Any irritation,

External noise or physical sensation will also help you to go deeper.

Remember you are perfectly safe and protected at all times.

Now I would like you to imagine a golden cloud above your head.

This is the cloud of relaxation.

I will now guide you to visualize it coming down into your body slowly and putting you in a deep relaxed state.

With each body part feel this golden cloud releasing any pain or tension you might hold.

The golden cloud is now at the top of your head on your crown.

Feel its beautiful light,

Its beautiful golden color.

And visualize it going down inside your head to your forehead,

Inside your eyes,

Down to your nose,

Your cheeks,

To your temples,

To your ears,

To the back of your head,

Down to your mouth and the inside of your mouth,

To your chin,

Your jaw,

Your neck,

The back of your neck.

Feel your head relaxed and filled with golden light.

The golden cloud continues to go down and relax each and every single part of your body,

Allowing yourself to go deeper and deeper and deeper.

It's going down into your shoulders,

Into your chest,

Your breasts,

Your upper back,

Your shoulder blades,

The middle of your back,

Your lower back,

Your bottom.

Imagine every little muscle along the spine receiving this golden light and being relaxed.

And now back to the front of your body.

The golden cloud and its beautiful light is going down to your stomach,

Inside of your body,

Relaxing all of your internal organs,

Your lungs and your respiratory system,

Your digestive system,

Your reproductive system,

And then down to your pelvis,

Your hips.

Feel the light circulating within you,

Helping you to go deeper and deeper and deeper.

The golden cloud continues its way down from your shoulders,

Down to your upper arms,

Relaxing your biceps,

Your triceps,

Your elbows,

Your forearms,

Your wrists,

Your hands,

And each and every single one of your fingers.

Now feel the center of your body and your arms fully relaxed.

You are letting go and going deeper and deeper and deeper.

Now visualize the golden cloud continuing its way down to the lower part of your body.

Feel your thighs being relaxed,

The back of your thighs,

Your knees,

The back of your knees,

Your calves,

Your ankles,

Down to your feet,

And every single one of your toes.

Feel your body becoming heavier and heavier.

The golden light is now circulating in your whole body and completely surrounding you.

The light is now circulating in your whole body and completely surrounding it as if you were in a cocoon or in a halo of light.

This light protects you and relaxes you deeply and completely.

The relaxation flowing through your body also works to calm the mind,

Helping you to focus with serenity and clarity.

Every breath you take is taking you deeper and deeper and deeper.

In a moment I am going to count backwards from 5 to 1.

With each number you will feel more and more peaceful and calm,

And the level of your relaxed state will deepen and deepen until by the time I reach 1 you will be in a very deep state,

Your mind freed up beyond the normal limits of space and time.

You are able to remember everything.

Feeling more and more peaceful and relaxed.

Deeper and deeper and deeper.

Nearly there.

You are in a deeply relaxed state,

But if you feel any discomfort now or later,

Remember that you are in complete control.

Imagine a staircase appearing in front of you.

Visualise,

Imagine or feel yourself slowly walking down this beautiful staircase.

At the bottom of this staircase there is a doorway with a bright light on the other side.

You are feeling completely relaxed,

At peace and letting go of any fears.

Trust yourself,

Trust your intuition and trust me in this process.

You are perfectly safe.

You walk toward the door knowing that your mind is no longer limited by space or by time and that you can remember everything that has ever happened to you.

When you pass through the door and into the light,

You will be in another time,

Connecting with one of your past lives.

Allow your subconscious mind to choose the time and fully trust in the process.

Remember,

You are perfectly safe.

You may be going back to a time from which a symptom of yours,

A feeling or a relationship first arose.

You are now emerging into the light on the other side of that door.

First,

Look down at your feet.

See what kind of footwear you are wearing,

Whether shoes or sandals or cloth or none at all.

Then,

Begin to look up your body.

Look at your clothes.

Look at your hands.

See what you look like.

Is it daytime or nighttime?

Are you inside or outside?

See if you know or can find out the date.

Trust yourself.

Look around you.

If there are other people,

You can talk to them and they might answer your questions.

Find out the answers to your questions.

You will find out all kinds of answers as well.

First time in past life regression. Finally got into my past life but couldn’t stay there. Will try often to get better at staying in the moment. DEEPLY relaxing regardless of actually making it to a past life.
