Filling you with a very strong energy that will stay with you well into your day. Also a very good meditation for when you're facing something that makes you a little nervous or anxious. Hello and welcome to this short but powerful start of your day.

My name is Corinne and I will guide you during this meditation.

Take a seat or lie down,

Make yourself comfortable and gently close your eyes.

Take a slow deep breath in and ever so gently release it.

Another long slow deep breath in and release it back out.

Continue breathing while watching your breath,

Watch it as it flows in and out of you.

On your next breath take a long slow deep breath in filled with clean and vigorous energy,

A feeling of peace and white light.

And on your exhale you are giving it back to the universe.

Again long slow deep breath in,

Fill yourself completely with this vigorous energy,

This white light and this deep feeling of peace and quiet and release it back out into the universe.

See and feel how this energy starts to form a bubble around you,

Growing,

Filling itself more and more with each exhale.

Again slow deep breath in and with your exhale your bubble expands,

Becomes this bubble of beautiful white light vibrating with clean and vigorous energy and bathing you in this deep feeling of peace.

Once more slow deep breath in,

Take it all in and give it back to the universe to fill your bubble even further.

Keep breathing at your own pace while continuing the energy exchange with the universe,

Expanding your bubble and when you notice you've drifted away to thoughts or sounds ever so gently flow back to the breath and the exchange of the energy.

Come take a long slow deep breath in and gently release again long slow deep breath in and gently release silently express your gratitude to the universe for this exchange and the receiving of this beautiful energy now let's seal this meditation this exchange with the universe and the bubble we've created by chanting OM the hymn of the universe long slow deep breath in and when it feels comfortable for you slowly open your eyes i want to thank you for sharing this moment with me and i wish you an amazing day namaste
