My name is Karolim and I will guide you during this meditation.
This meditation is especially for the days around a new moon.
This is the face of the moon in which we cannot see it.
And so we have a dark sky.
The exact opposite of the full moon.
This is a face for new wishes and dreams.
It's time to start something new.
Take a first step and start our transformation.
You can see the dark sky as a clean canvas,
A clean slate.
And how would you like to fill it up?
Everything and anything is possible.
So let's get started.
Sit or lie down and make sure you are comfortable.
Slowly close your eyes and take a long,
Slow,
Deep breath in.
And gently release.
Again,
Long,
Slow,
Deep breath in.
And gently release.
Continue to breathe normal while observing your breath.
Follow it on its way through your nose,
Down to your throat,
Your lungs and eventually your belly which expands.
And out again until it dissipates into the air around us.
Notice how your body slowly begins to relax and your mind settles down.
Surrender to it.
Allow it.
Relax.
Now let's ask ourselves a few questions.
And feel free to put your hand on your heart to make an easier contact with your inner self.
Who am I when I'm at my best?
Think about how and what you are,
Your reactions,
Your character traits,
Instead of what you're not when you're not your best.
Who am I when I'm at my best?
Who am I when I'm at my best?
Next let's ask what am I grateful for?
What am I grateful for?
And next let's ask what do I want to see for myself in the coming period?
What do I want to see for myself in the upcoming period?
And the final question.
What is my deepest desire?
What is my deepest desire?
Let's set an intention for this waxing moon period until full moon in two weeks.
And ask yourself what step,
However small,
You can take to get closer to your dream.
Maybe you have to let go of something first,
Or change something in your attitude as a first step.
Does a decision have to be made?
Or can you perhaps already take a very concrete step by contacting someone?
What will be your first step towards your dream?
And then also visualize taking that step and what it does to you and what flows from it.
Picture it in your mind's eye.
Feel what it does to you.
When you complete that first step,
Feel it in every cell of your body.
And when you have it crystal clear in your mind's eye,
Plan the intention of taking your first step like a seed deep into your heart.
Let it take root there.
And feel how it spreads through your body with every breath you take into your heart.
It becomes more and more a part of your being.
Now take a long,
Slow,
Deep breath into your heart.
And on your exhale,
Release the intention,
Surrender it to the new moon and the universe.
Now let's take it a step further by using the mantra Agni Mele Poroitam.
From Sanskrit you can translate this into I surrender to the fire of transformation.
Keep repeating the mantra over and over to yourself,
But more if you were listening to it instead of saying it to yourself in silence.
Also during this meditation you will drift to thoughts,
Sounds or physical sensations.
When you notice that you have drifted away and no longer repeating the mantra,
Gently bring your attention back to Agni Mele Poroitam.
The mantra can also change during the meditation.
Become softer or louder,
Go slower or faster or distort completely.
This is okay,
Just keep repeating Agni Mele Poroitam however it changes.
I'll watch this time and when you hear the chime just sit gently with your eyes closed.
Let's go back to Agni Mele Poroitam.
Agni Mele Poroitam Agni Mele Poroitam Agni Mele Poroitam Agni Mele Poroitam Agni Mele Poroitam Sit gently with your eyes closed and let the stillness and silence settle in.
Now take a long slow deep breath in and gently release.
Again a long slow deep breath in and gently release.
Let's seal the answers to the questions,
Our intention and the vibration of the transformation by chanting Om together one time,
The vibration of the universe.
Take a long slow deep breath in.
Now gently wiggle your toes and fingers,
Turn your head from left to right and back again.
And when it feels right for you slowly open your eyes.
Remember that a dark moonless sky is like a blank canvas that offers endless possibilities.
We have explored together how you want to fill this canvas,
What the moon may slowly put into the light in the upcoming two weeks.
The moon will remind you of the transformation you have started today.
