Let yourself be carried away to the sounds of Tibetan singing bowls, tingsha, and the rainstick. Make a deep connection with your heart so that you can hear what your heart needs to tell you. Release emotions by letting yourself be carried away by the sounds. Trust that they will take you where and as far as you can at that moment. Take your time, also after the meditation. This prana flows through everything and everything that makes up our world.

Feel how it flows and nourishes your heart,

This infinite exchange of energy with the universe,

Cosmos,

Source or god and listen to whatever your heart needs to tell you.
