So let's find a comfortable place to sit or lie down and take a long slow deep breath in.
And ever so gently let it go and close your eyes and take another long slow deep breath in.
Gently release it back out.
Keep breathing at your own pace while watching your breath.
Follow it as it flows in and as it flows back out of you.
On our next breath we take a long slow deep breath in filled with crisp new and rich energy.
And on our exhale we let go of our weariness and tiredness.
Taking in blissful and positive energy and letting go of any worries and frustrations you are having.
Confidence and strength take a deep in.
Let it fill you up and insecurity and negativity let it flow out of you with your exhale.
Long slow deep breath in filled with acceptance,
Forgiveness and loving kindness for yourself.
And also exhaling this acceptance,
Forgiveness and loving kindness for yourself.
Again long slow deep breath of acceptance,
Forgiveness and loving kindness for the world around you.
And let it go,
Spread it out into the world around you.
Once more long slow deep breath in filled with acceptance,
Forgiveness and loving kindness for the earth and all that she inhabits.
Exhale and spread it out to every corner of the earth.
Let's float like this for a few moments.

Now take a long slow deep breath in,
Gently release and slowly come back into this world.
