To focus on yourself may seem easy, however, you are being invited right now to hold a new view of yourself. Separating yourself from your old identity, is just that, a separation. Your Divine Self begins to merge with you bringing Peace and Earthing.

Hats I love you all Right now focusing on yourself may seem an easy enough task I'm here I'm in my body I can look at myself in the mirror etc etc and that is me however this is not the intent for our journey together right now the focus on you must allow you now to try and remember just who you are and what your belief system is and really hold into this belief about yourself and what it will bring to your life will help you understand your true self your intelligent or immortal self for right now just observing yourself in a mirror and saying yes that is me but it's not the true me you can invite yourself to activate at a cellular level a new view of yourself and a new focus on yourself and what this new focus on yourself will bring you it is a new view of your reality to resolve your inner fear and your inner guilt about your new reality it implies that you are now making a shift to encompass a new reality in spirit a new belief system brings this true trust to you right now you can say to yourself I'm not afraid to trust the true trust process now to bring my heart my immortal self to me now for I'm more than what I see myself as being I'm focusing on the real me and this new belief will encompass your life which is one of absolute trust and surrender to all there ever was and all there ever will be in supporting you in your journey right now and to acknowledge your philosophy a belief about yourself that every living thing must be part of you and that you are part of every living thing and feel that experience begin to encode itself on your cellular remembering we are all part of the one and we cannot be parted by the one when we believe in this one we are one we are the one and as you breathe in deeply powerfully and rhythmically allowing the spirit of yourself to truly embrace your own belief in this new you, This new focus on yourself brings you and brings to your life your oneness with all that is sacred and life affirming as you breathe in deeply, Powerfully and rhythmically allow yourself to embrace this part of yourself and really bring the joy of spirit and oneness to you now you are feeling the shift right now as you believe and trust in yourself to experience your uniqueness and your wonder for all there is I now experience my uniqueness I now experience my wonder for all there is this invites you to keep trying and remembering who you are and what your belief system really is and this is supporting the journey to recognise where the inner fear is coming from and say yes this is an inner fear but I must trust in the forces assisting me I must trust in the one of every living thing supporting me I must allow myself disbelief in the one of every living thing supporting me go into your heart now check in where is the niggling fear or the challenge in letting yourself release your current problem or problems to a higher force your own immortal higher force and handing the problem visualise you writing the problem on a piece of paper and you are sending it to be delivered to the forces that can assist you not the forces that are trying to undermine your unique and powerful path on the journey in taking a life and gifting yourself with this view of yourself whilst in your physical body so this invites the true spirit of yourself to create with you embracing you is a very life affirming thing because you bring in joy and if you're not feeling joy you're not connected to the source of every living thing not having to think about what that source could be let that source come up from the earth earth mother this is your home and where you live is your temple and embracing the view of yourself in this new way honour your uniqueness honour your compassion for yourself also honouring your detachment from anything that is not supporting you right now feel that to observe my fears I'm allowed to observe them and not give them energy I now allow myself to begin to write my own script which has me my immortal self my connectedness with myself as not only human but my connectedness to myself being humane to myself where I offer myself my humanity and that I'm going to be very kind to this new me to enable me to say we're not alone we have so many helpers and the moment we surrender and trust those helpers we find the miracle of peace so this involves us letting go of our own old identities there is no old identity anymore as you allow the activation of self love self love ignite your true soul's purpose you are love being very kind to yourself not analysing your journey being grateful to yourself and all the beings who are supporting you and mostly earth mother herself gives you a sense of solidity for the freedom and joy your new journey is bringing you peace to you and let yourself bring to your life all you need activates a space of pure light the pure light shines into your belly centre and you can begin to believe that this unbelievable power will help feed your core identity and you become the one
