Hello and welcome to this powerful energetic healing and heart activation meditation and session.

This healing session has been designed to transmute any oaths,

Vows or commitments that may be energetically blocking you or keeping you in self-sabotage from allowing love into your heart.

This activation healing session is just as powerful as an in-person session and has been channeled through the divine healing of Ascended Master Mary Magdalene to assist you in awakening your heart back open to receiving love again.

When I began my healing journey on awakening my heart from deep programmings of neglect,

Abuse,

Mistreatment and distrust from this lifetime and past lifetimes,

I began to see how powerful my words and intentions to the universe was.

And either setting myself free or keeping myself a prisoner within the constraints of my own heart.

So today through this session I invite you to repeat the words I say out aloud or in your head as a statement to the universe to set yourself free and clear any energetic blocks within your heart today.

Over this session we will connect your energy and your light body to the universal energies and from this space we will ask and make the command to release any unwanted programmings,

Vows or commitments around rejection,

Abandonment,

Abuse,

Neglect and distrust that may be keeping you in self-punishment in this life and preventing you from truly having that deep heart-centered consciousness,

Love within yourself and in relationships.

This is a powerful healing session and simply just your intention will be enough to awaken your heart through this.

But I invite you to simply surrender,

Let go and move through the resistance to allow yourself to receive this healing session all the way through to the end.

So as we begin I invite you to find a comfortable space to lay your body down.

A space where you can allow your entire body to relax,

To surrender and drift deep into this healing session.

I want you to begin by taking a big breath in and allowing that exhale to release out of your body.

I want you to take another big breath in and just allowing yourself to release any tension,

Any stress,

Any resistance that you have in the body.

I want you to become aware of how your body feels,

Does it feel tight,

Does it want to move,

Is your mind racing?

This can simply be your body's way of trying to resist the healing and the love that is about to activate and awaken into your heart.

As you take another big breath in and as you release I want you to begin to bring your awareness to your heart space.

I want you to place your hand on your heart,

Bringing your awareness to your heart.

And from this space I want you to begin to visualize that there is a beautiful pastel pink light that begins to swirl from your heart.

This light begins to grow brighter,

Begins to move out from your heart space,

Moving out into the room that you're in.

I want you to feel that pink growing wider and begins to move faster out from the room that you're in,

Begins to move down into the town that you live in.

I want you to begin to follow that pink light from your heart space as it grows wider,

Moving out into the country that you live in now.

I want you to feel it's like a beacon,

Like a signal,

Sending out rays from your heart,

Begins to move out wider now from the country out into the universal energies and sky.

Witness that pink galactic light moving out wider now,

Moving out further through the galaxies.

Witness that pink light moving faster now,

Allow that pink light to move through the galaxies,

Moving faster now through a layer of white,

Tingly,

Tingly,

Pearly,

Saint white white light.

Moving out wider now,

Moving out into a beautiful,

Golden,

Pearly,

Saint white white light.

I want you to feel yourself encompassing into this tingly,

Pearly,

Saint white golden light.

I want you to feel your entire body floating in this light.

I want you to bring your awareness to the top of your head,

Through your crown and I want you to begin to feel that tingly,

Golden light from the top of your crown activating and as it begins to move down like honey through the top of your head,

You can feel your entire cellular body beginning to activate and switch on,

You can feel your cells beginning to tingle as it drips down like honey into your third eye,

Feeling it activating your third eye.

As it moves like honey down through into your throat,

I want you to feel that golden light beginning to activate your throat and switch it on.

As this golden light moves down into your heart space,

It begins to swirl like a clock so fast,

It begins to activate and switch on the cellular remembrance into your heart.

It begins to move down into your stomach like honey activating and switching on your solar plexus.

Moving down now into your sacral area,

Into your hips.

Moving down,

Activating,

Switching on your sacral chakra.

Moving down into your spine.

You feel that golden light beginning to move down through your legs as it activates in your root chakra.

It begins to pour down through your feet,

Pouring down through the base of your feet.

You can feel that there's entire light,

A golden light moving faster down,

All the way down to the center of the earth.

And from the center of the earth you can feel a light activating from the core as we switch on your earth star chakra.

Activating that and bringing that up.

Like the speed of light up through your body.

And you can feel your entire body activating in this golden light.

I want you to just allow your space to fill with this golden light.

Allow every part of your cellular body to fill up with this golden light.

Through this consciousness light of all that you are and all that is.

Your higher consciousness now is connected to God's light,

To all that is.

And from this space we are now going to make the command.

I want you to say this out aloud or in your mind.

For once we state this out to the universe and God's light,

We receive an instantaneous healing.

Across all timelines,

Across all dimensions,

Across all realities in this world and the next.

Anywhere that you may be subconsciously imprisoned,

Preventing yourself from allowing love in.

We are going to release you now and open up your heart back to love.

We make the command now that on all timelines,

Past,

Present and future.

Across all realities in this world and the next.

Across all dimensions where I have taken on any oaths,

Vows and commitments.

To separate from my soul,

To learn the lesson of acceptance.

I ask that it be closed down now and all my soul fragments be returned back whole into my body once more.

And any self-regret,

Rejection be transmuted in God's light.

It is commanded now that on all timelines,

Past,

Present and future.

Across all realities in this world and the next.

Across all dimensions where I have taken on any oaths,

Vows and commitments.

To neglect and reject the love within my own heart and the heart of my soulmate and soul families.

I ask that it be closed down now and any neglect programmings be transmuted in God's light.

It is commanded now that on all timelines,

Past,

Present and future.

Across all realities in this world and the next.

Across all dimensions where I have taken on any oaths,

Vows and commitments.

To distrust myself and the love within my own heart.

I ask be finished and completed now and all programmings of distrust be transmuted in God's light.

And that I activate the trust back into my heart once more.

We are going to invite in now the energy of Mary Magdalene and the third ray of unconditional love.

To transmute any unforgiveness that you are still carrying towards yourself.

And in your heart from times in the past or past lifetimes where you have betrayed your own trust.

I call in the unconditional love into my heart.

And I set the intention to clear and transmute any unforgiveness that I hold towards myself and to others from the past.

I set the intention now that as I come back to love and forgiveness for myself.

I set myself free and I open back up to the deep love and intimacy within me.

I want you to feel that ray of unconditional love beginning to pour into your heart space.

I want you to feel it pouring deep into your heart.

And as this begins to activate in you may experience emotions arise.

You may experience sadness,

Joy,

Elation.

Whatever lands into your heart simply let it land and let it fall.

Allow the third ray of unconditional love to transmute all dense energies.

Of neglect,

Abuse,

Mistreatment,

Violation,

Distrust within yourself from others.

And as the third ray of unconditional love pours into your heart.

We energetically send back all cords to others that have not held our love to its highest potential.

And we ask Mary Magdalene now to instantly transmute all energetic cords that we are still holding on from past violation,

Distrust,

Betrayal,

Deception.

Transmuting it all now in the unconditional love and God's light.
