Begin now by closing down your eyes,
Softening into the silence,
And I want you now to take a big breath in and gently release.
You need to take another big breath in,
And as you do I want you to become aware of your body and release.
Take another big breath in,
And as you release you sink deeper and deeper into the earth.
I want you now to visualize in front of you that you are standing on a beach,
That you can feel the wind in your hair,
And that salty breeze glistening over your face and all over your body.
You can hear the waves crashing,
And in that sound you find stillness and peace.
I want you to see that on the horizon,
The sun is just breaking through.
I want you now to see that as it does,
You see a golden orange light breaking through.
That golden light is now pouring into your sacral area,
It is pouring into where your abdomen is,
And I want you now to feel the energy of that light,
That beautiful orange light pouring into your sacral area,
Into your abdomen.
I want you now to feel the energy of that light,
That beautiful orange light pouring through.
It's filling into your adrenals,
Filling into your bladder,
It's filling in large intestine.
And as this orange light pours in to those body parts,
It is clearing any blockages within.
I want you to visualize now that that beautiful orange light pouring out through your body and it's encompassing the room that you are in,
And it's encompassing the state that you're in,
And I want you to visualize now that this beautiful orange light is just radiating from within and growing bigger and bigger,
And it is encompassing now the universe.
I want you to feel that beautiful orange energy radiating in your body and as it does,
It is clearing and releasing any energy within the sacral area.
It is bringing you back to balance.
It is realigning your chakra.
And I want you now to repeat this powerful affirmation.
I want you to let these words flow in,
And as you do,
You are reaffirming this new belief and bringing balance back to chakra two.
I accept and take action on choosing what is right and aligned to me.
For when I do,
I see that abundance flows freely to me.
To visualize yourself that your life is so pleasurable and that everything in your life delights you,
Brings pleasure to you.
When you choose yourself and taking action on what is right for you,
Your life flows freely.
Abundance flows freely.
Light flows freely.
I want you now to visualize yourself so freely opening up to receive and give pleasure.
Opening up to receive and give delight.
Knowing that when this chakra is balanced and aligned,
That there is always pleasure and delight.
