Hi,
My name is Karla Di Crezza and this is a visualization meditation to help you build confidence and be able to use your voice more freely and confidently.
So let's start by taking a comfortable position and straightening the spine sitting up tall.
We'll start with a few deep rounds of breath as you close down your eyes.
Deep breath in and a cleansing breath out.
Long deep breath in,
Feel the belly start to rise.
Open the mouth,
Exhale.
Beautiful.
Just bringing your attention towards your breath,
Noticing the quality of your breath.
Can you start to make it a little bit longer?
Just inhaling and exhaling through the nose if that feels okay.
And seeing if you can make the inhales and the exhales a little bit longer,
Maybe even a little bit louder.
With every exhale start to notice your body become a little bit lighter.
On your next breath in,
Breathing through,
Breathing in that vitality.
And as you breathe out,
Start to imagine yourself as if you're floating.
Start to gently lift up from the seat in which you were seated.
And you start hovering in the room that you were in or place that you are.
And with every out breath you get lighter and lighter.
So next exhale we slowly start to lift up so we are outside.
Next breath out you gently lift even higher.
You start to move up towards the sky so you can see the suburb that you're in.
As you go a bit higher you can start to see the whole city or the country.
And as you go higher you can start to see the ocean.
You start to move all the way up into the Earth's atmosphere.
And finally you arrive in outer space.
You are in the vast space of calm and nothingness.
And it's super peaceful here.
All you can hear is your own breath.
And as you're here you're feeling completely free.
And as you float here you see Earth from afar,
Glowing brilliantly in the distance.
And so take a moment to connect with this feeling of awe.
Feeling so far away from everything and everyone yet you're feeling so connected.
You take a deep breath in here and on your next breath out you start to feel yourself being drawn back towards Earth.
Gently moving effortlessly until you land gently in front of your childhood home.
Now look around and notice everything about this place.
What memories come to mind?
Do you see yourself as a child here?
And just observe maybe what they're doing or what age they look like they might be.
And how do they feel?
Just observing from a distance,
Just watching for now and taking it all in with compassion and curiosity.
And take another deep breath in here and a full breath out.
And now you find yourself standing at the front door of your home.
Slowly step inside and as you enter you see your inner child and kneel down beside them.
Softly you say,
Hey it's okay I'm here.
I'm you as an adult.
What is it you would like to tell me?
And so pause for a moment allow your inner child to respond knowing that whatever they feel is completely welcome.
You continue,
I know you're afraid and sad but it's going to be okay.
What happened wasn't your fault.
They didn't know any better and you might like to offer your inner child a hug.
Embrace them gently,
Feeling the warmth and the safety of this connection.
Now look into their eyes and say you are loved.
You are free to use your voice.
You are free to use your power.
Nobody can take that away.
You are whole.
You are loved.
You are free to use your voice.
You are free to use your power.
Nobody can take that away.
You are whole.
As you speak these words,
Visualize your inner child growing stronger,
More confident.
You invite them to bring forth their inner lion.
This is the part of them that trusts their feminine energy,
Their intuition,
Creativity and imagination.
Together you both feel this powerful energy rise within.
Letting your child know that they can always come back to this place,
Remembering your words and visualizing this inner lion,
This figure of power,
Intuition and creativity whenever they wish.
Then you ask your inner child where would you like to go and so together you travel to that place feeling safe,
Empowered and free.
You take one deep breath in here and a cleansing breath out.
You might like to place your hands over your heart space just noticing any shifts within the body and when you're ready gently coming out of your meditations,
Opening up through the eyes.
