Welcome to day nine.
Today's guided meditation is for letting go of scarcity mindset.
To begin,
Find a comfortable position,
Either seated or lying down.
Allow your eyes to close.
Take a few deep breaths in.
Inhale deeply through your nose and exhale slowly through your mouth.
Allowing yourself to relax and let go of any tension.
Bring your awareness to any thoughts or beliefs of scarcity that might be present in your mind.
Notice any feelings of lack or limitation that arise.
Allow yourself to acknowledge these feelings without judgment.
As you continue to breathe deeply,
Begin to release these limiting beliefs and thoughts of scarcity.
With each inhale,
Imagine yourself letting go of these thoughts,
Allowing them to dissolve into the space around you.
Feel a sense of lightness and relief as you release the grip of scarcity mindset from your consciousness.
Now shift your focus to the thoughts of abundance and possibility.
Visualize yourself surrounded by abundance in every aspect of your life,
Finances,
Relationships,
Health,
And happiness.
See abundance flowing into you effortlessly.
See abundance flowing to you effortlessly,
Like a river of infinite blessings.
With each breath,
Affirm to yourself,
I trust that the universe is abundant and there is more than enough for everyone.
I trust that the universe is abundant and there is more than enough for everyone.
Repeat this affirmation with conviction,
Allowing it to sink deep into your subconscious mind.
As you continue to breathe deeply,
Feel yourself aligning with the energy of abundance.
Allow yourself to fully embrace the belief that abundance is your birthright and that there is more than enough to go around for everyone.
Take a moment to express gratitude for the abundance that already exists in your life and for the abundance that is on its way to you.
Know that by letting go of scarcity and embracing thoughts of abundance,
You are opening yourself up to receive all the blessings that the universe has to offer.
When you feel ready,
Gently begin to bring your awareness back to the present moment.
Wiggle your fingers and toes and slowly begin to open your eyes.
As you move on with your day,
Carry this sense of abundance with you,
Knowing that you are supported by the infinite abundance of the universe.
