Welcome to day six.

Today's guided meditation is for self-love and abundance.

As you're ready,

Find a comfortable position.

You may want to be seated upright with your spine supported or lying down.

As you make your way into your meditation position,

Begin to close your eyes.

Take a moment to settle into your space.

Allow yourself to relax fully.

We'll begin by bringing the awareness to our breath.

Take a deep breath in through your nose.

Feel the air fill your lungs completely.

Hold the breath for a moment at the top and exhale slowly through your mouth,

Releasing any tension or stress you may be holding on to.

With each breath,

Feel yourself becoming more present in your body,

More grounded in the here and now.

Allow your breath to be a source of comfort and support as you journey inward.

Now bring your attention to your heart center,

The seat of your emotions and your connection to self.

Take a moment to acknowledge your worthiness,

To receive abundance.

Know that you are inherently deserving of all the blessings that life has to offer.

As you continue to breathe deeply,

Begin to cultivate feelings of self-love and compassion for yourself.

Visualize a warm,

Loving light emanating from your heart,

Wrapping you in a cocoon of unconditional love and acceptance.

With each inhale,

Draw in this loving light into your being.

Allow it to permeate every cell and fiber of your body.

Feel this light wash away any feelings of unworthiness or self-doubt and replace them with a deep sense of self-love and worthiness.

As you exhale,

Release any judgments or criticisms that you may hold towards yourself.

Let go of the need to be perfect and embrace yourself exactly as you are in this moment.

Know that you are enough just as you are.

Now take a moment to shower yourself with words of kindness and affirmation.

You may want to repeat the next few affirmations out loud or silently to yourself.

I am worthy of abundance.

I deserve to receive all the blessings that life has to offer.

I am enough just as I am.

I love and accept myself unconditionally.

Feel the truth of these words resonating within you.

Allow them to fill you with a profound sense of love and acceptance.

Allow yourself to bask in the warmth of self-love,

Knowing that you are worthy of all the abundance that the universe has to offer.

As we prepare to bring this meditation to a close,

I invite you to take a moment to thank yourself for dedicating this time to nurture your inner abundance.

Know that by practicing self-love and compassion,

You are creating a fertile ground for abundance to flourish in your life.

When you're ready,

Gently begin to bring your awareness back to the present moment.

Wiggle your fingers,

Your toes.

When you feel ready,

Gently open your eyes.

As you move on about your day,

Carry the feelings of self-love and worthiness with you.

Know that you are a vessel for abundance in all of its forms.
