Hi everyone and thank you for being here today I am recording with the audio so that it really allows me to do this today because I've got so much so much is happening and I have got a really big exam so if you want to send good energy to me so that I pass my exam in 10 days please do so I actually got nine days today oh god all right so today I want to I want to take us to a place that is the first place I went to the first place I arrived in the first place I was created in and it's Andromeda it's it's where my soul is from it's really the motivation behind all my work behind everything you've ever received from me is a pure template of what Andromedan energy is like not saying I'm pure or anything I'm just saying this is what is passed on to me and and then what I pass on to you so Andromeda it's a sister galaxy that is the original template as to what the Milky Way is they really look one like one another and science tells us that they will merge together Andromeda galaxy and the Milky Way galaxy in approximately six billion years and you know what we'll be there for that just in another body in another lifetime and another name but yeah so I know a few of you have Andromedan talents gifts energies frequencies we talked about it if you've seen my life language that comes with my hands then you've seen it and I know a few of you do the same so hi Andromedan brothers and sisters so let's go let's let's travel together so let's have a little grounding meditation first close your eyes lay down sit down find some support for your back whether it's horizontal or vertical open your shoulders wide inhale through your nose and exhale through your mouth and repeat now we're gonna inhale and have all this oxygen all this pure energy all the frequency I'm sending you go through your nose into your third eye and then go down into your body at the front into your belly all the way down into your womb and then it's gonna go all the way back up through the back vertebrae by vertebrae in your spine and exhale let's go a little bit faster I don't know if you could withstand all that so inhale third eye down the body down the throat down the belly circling around your womb around your genital area and into the spine up and up and up and up exhale again inhale third eye through belly perineum spine all the way up into your neck exhale again inhale down the throat down the belly perineum the spine all the way up the neck and now this time into your skull and exhale good so go back to breathing normally and all the energy we had move we're gonna let it root ourself so at the perineum and the root we're gonna grow roots into the ground into the floor wherever you are just grounding grounding grounding anchoring you into the earth and if there is anything that needs to be relaxed to be released to be offered just do it through your roots good I said the intentions that we travel galactically together live this planet for a minute and have a beautiful experience going back to Andromeda Andromeda is about physical healing it's about frequency it's about shape-shifting so you'll experience a very different universe a very different way of understanding space time matter motions even identity I said my intentions to heal the physical body because we are extremely good healers of the physical so do that as well if you want to set your intentions all right so we're gonna have a big inhale and connect with the energy in our third eye slowly lifting up lifting up this energy into the ground and starting to ascend out of the ground lift up a little bit away from the crown see the world with the eyes that are above visualize the world with that 50 centimeter difference above your eyes and then start to lift up merge merge with that ball of light that lifts up and up see it's beyond what you could see physically sees all the realms all the rays all the youth light that is ether and understands we are so much more we're gonna lift above the ceiling above the building and we continue to lift up above the neighborhood above the city above the region the state and we continue to lift up and up and as we do the physical body continues to be fed with the roots that we grew so you might feel those sensations the more we lift up the more we get closer to Andromeda the more there will be a relay a bridge between your ball of light your consciousness and your physical body let's continue to go up crossing all the levels of the atmosphere lifting up up zooming out from this planet Earth we're gonna sit on the atmosphere and I'm contacting a ship to come and take us okay it's here so let's go inside we can trust them I actually see my higher self there captain of the ship taking us on the journey and we start to cross the Milky Way at the fastest speed ever we just zoom in going directly to Antares a star portal between here and there and we don't even need to stop in Antares we just continue all the way and we arrive directly in Andromeda so what you see there is a few planets there's different shapes there's not especially orbs of light I see different colors that I don't even know that my eyes don't even know and we're welcomed on a transition planet taking us down from the ship into rooms that are just like gigantic showers and the type of water it's more like a vapor it's more like steam that is being showered all around us removing coppers flakes that are on our energetical body this type of frequency is able to heal things that we wouldn't be able to notice on planet Earth let your back be healed let your hips be healed the palm of your hands open them under this shower let the steam roll in let your energy body take it in open yourself we can trust this energy we can trust them we can trust our space our intentions so those frequencies enter the energy body I can see them just realigning here and there adding some flow here and there melting some ice like iced out compact and dense energy here and there through the fingers shoulders blood vessels meridians capillaries through the toroidal feel the torus field all the different points all the different chakras transpersonal chakras and all the energy points that are facilitators they're not chakras but they're meeting points relay points energy packs which is receiving this immense healing above your eyes into the nose in the third eye in the back of the throat if you have a request please say it out loud now and witness how you receive don't forget to breathe okay the frequency is going deeper and deeper just let it be if you have running themes of being captured of being bound of being controlled it is time to release it in Andromeda it's all about freedom it's all about breaking the chains we can slowly come out of the room and start exploring exploring this transitional planet and start to see and witness the world how everything changes look around what do you see do you see a fountain the sea lakes do you see jungle do you meet someone I'm gonna let that time totally free to you visualize that the images come to you and slowly we are going to come back all the way back into our ship say goodbye we're just the feeling the frequency that you hold within you and walking back flying back flowing back to our ship we close the door and our captain takes us through to enter Antares and then all the way back to earth we come down at the layer of the atmosphere and slowly ascend back into ourselves descending or ascending who can tell we just automatically link up with the silver thread that connects us to our physical body getting closer and closer through the country the region the city the building the ceiling and we're gonna over over our crown chakra setting intentions on this beautiful frequency we we received we captures this experience the messages the guidance and drop ourselves back into the ground into the third eye into the throat into your heart letting the heart shine open and fold down into the solar plexus sacral to root down into the legs and into the roots that you created with the ceiling with the ground sorry the floor the earth start stretching come
