Welcome,

Beautiful soul.

Today we step into the fierce presence of Chinnamasta,

The goddess of radical transformation,

Ego death,

And unapologetic freedom.

She is the lightning bolt that breaks illusion,

The sacred fire that burns away what no longer serves,

And the fierce love that says,

You are ready.

Let's begin by finding stillness.

Close your eyes.

Take a deep breath in through the nose and exhale fully through the mouth.

Again,

Inhale power and exhale old stories.

One more breath.

Inhale courage and exhale fear.

Allow your breath to find its own rhythm.

Let your body relax and root.

Bring your awareness to your solar plexus,

Just above the navel.

Your center of identity,

Power,

And self-definition.

Feel any tightness or sensations that live here.

You don't need to fix or change anything.

Just witness it.

This is the part of you that Chinnamasta comes to awaken.

Breathe into that space now.

Let it soften.

Let it open.

Now imagine yourself standing at the edge of a sacred cliff.

The wind is wild,

The sky charged with energy.

You are barefoot,

Strong and steady.

From the shadows,

Chinnamasta appears.

She is fierce,

Radiant,

And fearless.

Standing tall with her head held in her own hands.

Blood flows from her neck in three streams.

Symbolic,

Not violent.

Each stream carries away illusion,

Ego,

And the false identities you've outgrown.

Chinnamasta walks toward you,

Not with threat,

But with truth.

She looks you in the eyes and speaks directly to your soul.

It is time to let go.

You are not where you were.

You are who you choose to become.

She lifts a symbolic blade,

Not to harm,

But to liberate.

What do you choose to release today?

Maybe it's fear.

Maybe it's guilt.

Maybe it's the version of yourself you've outgrown.

Feel it rise up and offer it to her.

She receives it without judgment,

With love.

With one sacred gesture,

She severs the tie.

And instantly,

You feel lighter,

Clearer,

And more you.

Now repeat these words softly or in your mind.

I release what no longer serves me.

I am not my past.

I am not my ego.

I am free to evolve.

My truth is fierce and beautiful.

I am Chinnamasta.

Let these words vibrate through your entire being,

Like thunder waking the sky.

Now ask yourself gently,

What truth have I been afraid to speak?

What part of me am I ready to reclaim?

What am I becoming?

There's no rush for answers.

Let the question stir something sacred in you.

Let the fire burn,

Cleansing,

Not destroying.

Start to bring your awareness back into your body.

Take a deep breath in,

Filling yourself with clarity and power.

And exhale fully,

Grounded,

Free,

And awake.

Start to wiggle your fingers,

Your toes.

And when you are ready,

Open your eyes.

You have met the fire and risen.

Chinnamasta's power lives in you now,

Not to destroy,

But to liberate.

Honor your becoming.

You're not who you were.

You are more.

Namaste.
