In this serene sanctuary of stillness,

We are going to guide our attention inward and allow the morning light to gently illuminate our minds and hearts.

By nurturing this moment of reflection,

We create the space to connect with our inner selves and set positive intentions that can ripple throughout the hours,

Days,

And weeks ahead.

So go ahead and find a comfortable position,

Whether you're choosing to sit or lie down.

Go ahead and take a deep breath in.

As you exhale,

Release any tension that may linger from your night's rest.

Allow your body to settle into a state of pure relaxation.

Let your mind become attuned only to the present moment.

I invite you to reflect upon what truly matters to you.
