Welcome dear souls to this precious moment.

As we embark on a journey of inner stillness,

Let us dive deep into the reservoir of serenity and awaken the power of love that resides within all of us.

Go ahead and find a comfortable position and allow your body to settle.

Feel the gentle rhythm of your breath coming in and out,

A reminder of life's flow.

With each inhale,

Draw in peace and with each exhale,

Release.

Let go of all your worries,

Fears,

And anxieties.

Just surrender them to the universe.

Now it's time for you.

Now bring your awareness to your heart center and imagine a warm radiant light beginning to glow.

This light is the very essence of your love.

Allow it to expand out,

Envelope all of your entire being.

In this space,

Let's cultivate a bit of loving-kindness towards ourselves,

Towards others,

Towards all beings.

So we have a few affirmations.

Feel free to repeat them out loud if you wish or just silently to yourself.

May I be filled with love and compassion.

May I be healthy,

Whole,

And at peace.

May I embrace my uniqueness and embrace my flaws.

May I journey through this day with grace and gratitude.

Go ahead and visualize a loved one,

Dear friend or family member,

And see their face.

Hold them in your heart.

Send them waves of this love that you're cultivating.

Wish them happiness and joy.

Now take that same love and expand it out to all beings,

Strangers,

Those in need,

Even to those who may have hurt you.

Vision a world where everyone is bathed in this love and compassion that you're cultivating.

So hold on to this feeling,

This love that you're radiating,

And shift the focus to your breath.

Take a deep inhale,

Fill your entire lungs,

And exhale.

Do it one more time.

Deep inhale,

Fill all the way up,

And exhale.

So with this love,

Let's take that into a state of stillness.

Just let the feeling radiate out and let your thoughts pass like clouds through the sky.

Just return to this radiating love and the stillness that lies at the very core of you.

So taking those affirmations from before,

We're going to point them outward away from ourselves.

May the world be filled with love and compassion.

May all be healthy,

Whole,

And at peace.

May all embrace their uniqueness and embrace their flaws.

And may the world journey through this day with grace and gratitude.

So after taking these feelings in,

Radiating this love,

Ask yourself,

What can I do today to make a positive difference?

But listen carefully.

The answers will arise from within you.

Just trust your intuition and guidance it provides.

Let's take a few moments to just listen to what may arise.

Focus on our breath.

Wonderful.

Go ahead and bring your attention back to your breath.

Take a moment to honor and appreciate that you've dedicated this time to nurturing your inner being and thus the beings that are around you.

Know that as you go forth into the world today,

You can continue to radiate this love and this stillness.

And guides you along every step of your path.

Whenever you're ready,

Gently open your eyes.
