Welcome to a guided imagery called the Bubbles of Love.
It's time to get comfy.
Find a space,
Notice where you are and cosy in.
Give your shoulders a little wiggle.
Bring them up to your ears and slowly back down.
Then draw a few circles with your nose.
One,
Two,
Three.
We are going to be taking a walk to a meadow full of sunshine.
So if you like,
You can close your eyes and let's take a big breath.
In through our noses and out through our mouths.
And relax.
One,
Two,
Three.
You are taking a walk into a beautiful meadow.
Beneath your feet is soft green grass with lots of wild flowers growing in it.
And above you is a bright blue sky.
You notice the warm of the sun settling on your skin.
It gently warms your face,
Then your shoulders,
Your arms and your legs.
You feel warm and bright all over.
You continue to walk and notice the sounds of all the birds singing around you.
Listen and you can hear them.
Then not too far away in the distance,
You notice a big leafy tree.
You slowly walk towards the tree,
Counting your steps.
One,
Two,
Three,
Four,
Five.
As you get nearer,
You notice nestled in the grass by the tree is a bubble wand and a small bottle of bubble mixture.
You pick up the wand and you dip it in the bubble mixture.
Then you take your lips near to the bubble wand and slowly blow some bubbles.
Hundreds of bubbles come from the wand and they magically fill the air.
They are all the different colours of the rainbow.
Notice the bubbles and all the colours swirling around you.
What colours do you see?
What shapes are the bubbles?
They surround you and you feel so loved.
Notice how it feels.
As the bubbles float up,
They are filled with your love.
You then send the floating bubbles of love to all of your favourite people.
Think about the people you are sending the bubbles of love to.
And then take a moment to watch the colourful bubbles float away into the sky.
You feel so calm and so relaxed as you watch them.
Now,
One,
Two,
Three.
It's time to slowly wiggle your toes,
Slowly wiggle your fingers.
And if you like,
Open your eyes nice and slowly and have a stretch.
Before we go,
Let's imagine again that we are holding onto a magic bubble wand.
Hold it tight in one of your hands.
Then next,
Dip your wand carefully into the bubble mixture.
Curl up your other hand and this can be the bubble mixture.
Next,
Breathe in slowly and blow through your bubble wand.
As you look around,
Hundreds of bubbles come out of your wand.
All different colours,
All different shapes.
What colours can you see in your imagination?
What shapes do you see?
Let's try that again.
Breathe in slowly and breathe out through your wand.
Now it's time to pop our bubbles.
Pop,
Pop.
Can you use your finger to reach up and pop each of the little bubbles all around you?
Pop,

Pop.
And then watch some of the bubbles as they float up into the air.
