Welcome to this manifestation meditation.

This meditation isn't about forcing or chasing,

It's more about remembering the power that you already carry and giving it space to speak,

To move and to take shape in your mind.

Take a moment to find a comfortable seat or if you prefer lie down and allow your body to settle into stillness.

Close your eyes if you feel comfortable and begin to bring your awareness inwards.

Take a deep steady breath in and softly let it out.

Begin to notice the sensations of your body,

The way you're held by the earth beneath you.

Allow your breath to move gently through your body,

Creating space,

Softening tension and creating a sense of openness.

As you breathe imagine a gentle wave of energy rising from the earth through your spine all the way to the crown of your head.

Feel this as the energy of possibility.

Feel it supporting you,

Guiding you and holding you.

Now gently bring awareness to your heart,

Not to think but to feel.

This is where your desires live,

Not the ones that come from comparison or pressure but the ones that arise from your soul.

Become aware of the steady rhythm of your heartbeat.

You can place a hand here or simply notice the rhythm from within.

And once you've connected to the rhythm of your heart,

Begin to picture in your mind's eye yourself one month from now.

In this image you feel deeply connected,

Alive and in flow.

What is present in your life?

What feels aligned?

And what are you moving toward?

Don't force the answer,

Simply let it arrive like a gentle whisper.

Notice how this future version of you stands,

Breathes,

Speaks and moves through the world.

What energy do they carry?

What have they let go of?

What have they made space for?

Now gently imagine yourself stepping into that version of you.

Let yourself feel the sensation of your desires already being in motion.

The seed already planted.

The path already opening.

You are not waiting,

You are becoming.

From this inner vision,

Bring an intention to mind,

A statement that reflects what you are calling in.

To help guide it,

Fill in and continue these prompts in your own mind or whisper them softly.

I am ready for.

I am open to.

I choose to.

Let the words complete themselves from within you.

Don't overthink it.

Trust what comes,

Even if it feels simple or surprising.

I am ready for.

I am open to.

I choose to.

Repeat these affirmations softly to yourself.

And let the words ripple through your body.

And now let these affirmations land.

Repeat,

I trust in divine timing and aligned action.

I am a magnet for experiences that reflect my truth.

I release resistance and welcome what is meant for me.

Repeat any that resonate.

Let them become more than words.

Let them become your energy.

Now gently bring your awareness back to your breath.

Inhale deeply through your nose.

And exhale softly out the mouth.

Begin to wiggle your fingers and toes.

And softly notice the space around you.

You are not separate from what you seek.

You are already in relationship with it.

It begins with your energy.

Your choices.

And your presence.

Now when you are ready,

Gently open your eyes.
